As others mentioned, I had issues with my order and the customer service was awful and rude.

They refused to give me an update on my order, telling me the tracking number that wasn't working would work once the item entered my country (which is, supposedly, the same as theirs). I went to a different website to track my parcel and it was sent from China, which makes me agree with everyone else saying that this is a dropshipping shop.

When the parcel arrived, the packaging was just a smashed plain box with the pieces of the case inside protected only by plastic bags, not at all what you would expect from a small business that built its brand around 'cuteness'.

I wish that I had checked the reviews before buying, and I will not buy again.

Took a month to be delivered, e-mails were slow or went unanswered. The tracking only updated when I asked for a refund. Quality isn't great. The sweater itself feels fine, but the embroidery is sloppy. Embroidery is also very pointy/prickly on the inside of the sweater (sticks out over half a centimeter). The sweaters also smell weird. Sizing is generous. Will not order again.

Never received the items and no help via customer service. I’ve applied for a chargeback via my bank.

The items I ordered are cute. I ordered a Stardew Valley Brown Cow overall dress & a brewster coffee t-shirt. But this is the only good thing about the items.

They feel very poor quality. My parcel somehow got lost, which in fairness, the customer service email were really quick to resolve, but still an annoyance. I ordered my items on 26th July, and they didn’t arrive until 19th August. If you need them in a hurry, I would not suggest ordering off of here.

I doubt I would order from here again due to the experience. I spent around £67 for 2 poor quality items and for the parcel to be lost by the sender.

Very cute and aesthetic stuff. Received my order a few weeks after placing the order. Everything is amazing amd just like the photos on the site. It's a little expensive but I would really recommend it

I ordered a large mousepad. I had to ask for the tracking code, but customer support quickly picked up my request and shared the info with me.
I experienced issues with the shipping company and Petimint's support quickly picked up on it to try and sort it out. When the shipping company wasn't budging they sent me a new box with the mousepad.

Friendly and helpful customer service, and the mat I got is soft, smooth and looks amazing.

The Switch case arrived defective. Support promised to send me a replacement, but unfortunately, that never happened. Customer support no longer responds to my emails.

I placed an order but quickly realized I no longer needed it, so I contacted the store within 24 hours. Their policy originally stated that cancellations were allowed within this timeframe, but after I raised my concern, they seemed to have changed it to 12 hours on the website. They claimed the item had already been "shipped," so I requested a tracking number but haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, they were dishonest about the shipping status, and their delivery time is slow.

I placed an order 2.5 weeks for their Valentine’s Day collection, which they heavily promoted on social media. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also kept my parcel unshipped for 10 days without any communication.
If I ever get it, it'll be minimum 3 weeks after the order!!

Because of this, my surprise was completely ruined, leaving me feeling frustrated, sad, and even ashamed to be empty-handed. The bare minimum when selling seasonal collections is to keep customers informed, yet they didn’t even bother to proactively communicate.
Very poor seller with no care for their customer!

UPDATE: I just found these overalls on Shein. They're not made by petimint at all, they're just purchased from Shein (or another method from the wholesaler in China) and the chickens embroidered by Petimint. This is why the sizes are smaller and why the pocket is sewn shut. Search 'Women Floral Embroidery Overall Jumpsuit' and you'll find the long pants and shorts. Seriously disappointed with this as the listing makes you believe they're custom made completely by petitmint.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company, and while normally I wouldn't leave reviews. I've been encouraged by friends to leave this review to warn others. I purchased the Stardew Valley overalls last year, originally I did order the shorts in error. But when I emailed to ask if they could change the order to the long pants, they agreed straight away! Great service! But this is unfortunately where it went downhill. Once I recieved the overalls, they were unfortunately too small (the elasticated waist doesn't have much give at all, so if you do order, please size up!) and they were full of loose threads and had two small black marks on the left leg. I contacted Petimint in order to get a refund and send the overalls back. They expressed that they don't offer refunds as they are hand made, and instead offered to send a larger pair if I covered the postage. So I agreed, as I loved the look of these overalls, I paid the postage they requested and requested a size 0XL as I wanted to make sure they would be comfotable and so went 2 sizes bigger (please also note the amount they asked me to pay did mean I overpaid what the postage actually costed them, but I understood they probably still want to cover their overheads a bit so I didn't compain about this). They replied to confirm and I then waited for the new overalls to arrive. Yesterday these overalls arrived, and they look exactly the same size as the original M, to the point my partner also thought they were smaller. They definitely aren't a size 0XL. So I contacted Petimint again to complain, as obviously an error was made. But no, they decided to send me a size "L" because they thought that would fit me better. Yes, thats actually what they said, I couldn't believe it either. We then had a lot of back and forth where I was sending screenshots of the two pairs of overalls comparing sizes (clearly showing they're the same size), as well as the screenshots of the email where I stated I wanted 0XL and they replied. They kept being incredibly rude and fixated on the fact they sent me a large and that they are large even though the screenshot shows otherwise. They even tried to claim that I asked for large, even though I had screenshots showing I asked for 0XL, and they replied to that specific email. At this point I have offered to pay my own money to send them back the two pairs of overalls, if they give me a full refund for the orignal pair (that were too small, but also faulty) and the "postage" I paid for the second pair. I think this is incredibly generous considering the circumstances, but they just keep saying they'll send me another pair (a third pair at this point) in 0XL. Well, I'm sure you can understand that my trust in this company is completely gone and I do not want any more of their overalls. I just want a refund. I've contacted my bank to see if I can get charge backs. And I am still willing to send back the overalls even though I've had to go through this method.

The hoodies are very soft and cute! The service from the shop support was good and very helpful and quick to answer my questions. Also I bought a chickens switch case for my nintendo and fit really well.

People who say is dropshipping.. can please send the links from the Aliexpress or any page where the cases are? I did it and you can't find it because it's not that kind of scam.. you can't say that only becase the package got a bit delay (I think it's not fair)

I placed an order thinking that it was a Spanish store and that it would arrive soon since I am also from here and I find that the three products come from China (aliexpress), in different packages, on different dates, without meeting the estimated delivery time.

Their excuse? they say that they did not have these products in stock and have ordered directly from the supplier to my house, so it must happen often because I have asked several customers and they have also received the products like this.

In this way, neither the presentation is adequate for a small business, nor can they guarantee the quality of what you receive, or anything.

In conclusion: I consider it DROPSHIPPING. I will not buy again

Quality of the stardew chicken overall shorts is terrible. The embroidery is pretty, the fabric is fine, but the side zipper is impossible to zip and the chest pocket is sewn completely shut (the whole body of the chicken is sewn from the front of the pocket straight through the body of the overalls).
