I was not convinced by the reviews and decided to have my own opinion. I ordered on 28th december and received it on 13th january. Surprisingly fast shipping from china to france, the quality seems nice and the design is lovely. I will definitely recommend it to my friends🥰 maybe I was lucky but it was a good experience everything fits me well ( i measured myself before)

They don't respond to any emails or any fb messages! They only send auto generated messages! They are fake please don't waste your money here!

Pay attention to their return and exchange policy. They lured you to use a promo code or discount when purchasing and it turned out they don't allow any return or exchange for discounted items!!!

The company looked legit, but it is very poorly managed and has unresponsive customer service. After ordering, I had to chase them to process and ship the product - it had passed their 'processing timeline' and I hadn't received any additional information. Also, don't believe in their free shipping - my product has been 'shipping' for over a month and now I have no idea where my merchandise is. I've been emailing customer service where an automatic service assured me I would be replied within 24 hours, unfortunately it's been 5 days and another two emails and I've received no support. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I contacted Petitecherry asking about sizes and they got back super quick with great patience.

I waited two weeks for the order to arrive, but I didn't realise it was being shipped from outside the states. Positives are the website clearly tells you where the shipment is, on a neat little map. The bras fit great too for a petite girl like me

every time I order from Petite Cherry I'm always satisfied. My wife loves the lingerie and said they fit her perfect. I also think she looks amazing in them.

I bought 34C for my wife but when they came she said they were too big on her and didn't fit her properly. So I will have to send them back for an exchange.

High quality material. Item was true to the picture and how it looked on the website model. I'm quite happy with my purchase and have already told some friends about this store

I have to admit I was skeptical about this site at first but I took the plunge and got a few sets on sale. I didn't except too much. It arrived in a very plain looking pink bag. Imagine my surprise when I tore open the bag and it was actually a beautifully gift wrapped package inside! Seriously I have never seen such beautiful packaging from an online store. There were ribbons, stickers and even thank you cards. You could tell everything was neatly packed with care and they took great lengths to make sure nothing would be soaked (in case the package was left outside in the rain).

The bralettes hemselves were of very nice quality. The material was stretchy and very comfy--I even fell asleep wearing one. I put them through the wash and they came out just fine - no shrinking at all. I haven't tried their wired bras yet so can't comment on those.

All in all, I'm a satisfied customer and will be returning to get more lingerie goodness from Petite Cherry. 😀

Omg the lingerie I received from them is super gorgeous I really thiink the photos don't do them justice. Everything fit me like a glove and my boyfriend said I looked great

They won't answer you neither on facebook or via mails.
Luckily I bought through paypal and opened a case.
But it's been three months and nothing changed.

The site keeps spamming me atleast once per day with a tracking number. They just repeat saying the same thing that's in China.

A few years ago I was able to buy cute comfortable bras from this site, but something has changed. I first noticed something was up when I tried to redeem my coupon for a free bra (after buying 6 bras from them previously) but the code did not work, and when I tried to reach out to them, they never responded back. I was in need of a few more seamless bras, so I made a purchase anyway. A few days later, I get the notification that my package has shipped along with a tracking number that did not work (which was fine at the time since the package was just sent, I figure it hasn't been scanned yet) an hour later I get an email from CS saying that the nude bra I wanted was out of stock and asked if I wanted to switch to the white one.... um what? I was just told that it shipped, what exactly is going on here? Fast forward to a month later, my package has still not arrived and CS completely ignores me (I've tried contacting them multiple times and it's just silence). Thank God I paid with PayPal, I'm in the process in filing a claim for my lost money. PETITE CHERRY is a complete scam, they don't care about you at all, they just want your money.

They are happy to receive your money but they don´t send you the products you have ordered. They don't answer after they get paid. Its really bad. You will be fooled by this scam website. I'm very disappointed that I lost so much money and I had great expectations for the website and I did not even get a delivery at all.No explanation from costumer service and the tracking number did not work.

I placed my order Dec 6 and today is Dec 21st. I checked on my order and all the site said is paid and unfulfilled. I emailed customer service and no response. If I don't receive it in a week I'll be disputing my 130.00 charge with the credit company and will never order from petitecherry again.

I mailed the customer service before I ordered something and received a quick reply. I also messaged them if they could put a lower value on the parcel and they said "Yes we can mark the parcel as a gift". Which I thought meant they would undervalue and mark as a gift. But when I received the package the post courier told said I should pay €32, I refused to pay this. Then I messaged Petite Cherry and they didn't answer as quickly as before and I thought it had to do with them being busy around the holidays so I waited. After a month they still didn't answer so I messaged them again, this time they did reply quickly and told me I could send it back and could get my money back minus 12%. Which I thought was nonsense since it was there fault for not being clear. So I messaged them again, but now it's a week later and they haven't replied. They only seem to reply quickly when you're a happy customer or something.
I paid over $130 and have never even seen the bras. A real shame.
If you want cute bras you're much better off going to AliExpress. I believe they're the same bras (same models are used and a lot look identical) and for a bit cheaper and without the bad customer service.
