Absolutely in love with Petite Studio!
The quality is outstanding – you can truly feel the care and craftsmanship in every piece. The cuts are impeccable, flattering, and thoughtfully designed for petite frames. I’m always impressed by the beautiful fabrics they use – everything feels luxurious yet effortless. What I love most is how their pieces strike the perfect balance between chic, minimalist, and subtly original. Petite Studio has become my go-to brand for timeless, elevated wardrobe staples. Highly recommend!

My favorite pieces in my closet are from Petite Studio. Pretty and well made. Always get compliments whenever I wear them. Recently had an issue with an order and customer service was very responsive. I’m on a budget and can’t order from them as often as I’d like, but I manage to get a couple of new pieces every year. I’m 5’1 and 127lbs, 34d and the xs and s fit great!

Petite Studio NYC is stellar. I'm so thankful to have found this store. I purchased two jackets and two sweaters so far. The fit, quality and uniqueness are remarkable. I love how my purchases fit me perfectly. It is so nice not having to shorten my clothes anymore. I feel so pretty wearing my beautiful clothes from Petite Studio NYC.

I'm a curvy petite and glad I found a brand that actually fit.

I'm 5'3" and curvier. Shopping as petite is already a struggle—more so because I have a bustier frame. Whenever I purchase cropped-style tops, they always hit the weirdest places. Plus, most of my trousers end up having dirty and shabby hem because they are oversized for me.

Finding Petite Studio is such a blessing! They design clothes truly and specifically for petites - even for curvier petites like me! I felt good with the trousers I bought. The best part was the Diane Cardigan that falls right at the edge of my shoulder and has enough room for my bust (which rarely happens for me). Plus, the quality of the fabrics and their hand/touch doesn't feel RTW at all.

I also just want to mention how Rebecca from support helped me find the right size for me. I normally go with size S but she suggested going one size bigger since I have a bigger front - and it did not disappoint.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! The quality of the clothing is absolutely stunning, and everything is well-made. Plus they have the best customer service too! I ordered a couple of items from them and everything fits perfectly. Always looking forward to their next collection!

Petite Studio is my go to shop!
I have discovered them by chance and was pleasantly surprised by their designs, being petite.
I especially like their fall/winter collections, while spring/summer is more hit and miss for me.

Regarding the prices, I find them a bit high. The quality seems to be good, but at the time I started shopping there, there was quite a few items made with synthetic fabrics, which to me is not worth the price.
This is a feedback that they took into account and they are now using more natural fabrics in their designs, which I really appreciate.
I wished though that they didn't use only fake leather for their leather goods as to me real leather is more durable and breathable.

Fit wise, it is generally working well for me, but I would recommend asking customer support: as I am a bit between two sizes, for dresses I need to size down for example. Having more reviews on the fit or even a clearer suggestion of sizing would be appreciated (i.e. this item runs big, etc.).

One last thing regarding contact of customer support: every time I contact them and they reply, I have then to send a new email. If I reply to their replies, it doesn't seem to go through for some reason. Not sure if this was sorted since then.

Finding this store and purchasing items that are truly made for petite women has been amazing. Instead of paying for alterations, even from stores that sell “petites”, these clothing items are accurately sized. The items have unique features for adjustments, if needed. Clothes are stylish and the price range is as expected for these designs. The design of these clothes can’t be compared to any other fashion designs for petite women. Take a chance and order from the store or the Insta site. Return policy is friendly and the store personnel have always worked with me if there are any issues.

I didn't have the greatest experience with this brand.

They have an unusual return policy which caught me (and I assume many others) off guard, and I ended up having to choose a store credit when I would have preferred to receive a full refund for items. In their defense: The brand was clear about their return policies, but I had just misunderstood them; they also were lenient by offering the store credit vs. making me keep the clothes that didn't fit even though I had missed my return window.

The quality also isn't that great for the price of the items. It's hard to find clothes made of natural fibers on their site, and the ones that are, such as the white poplin shirt or floral head scarf, just feel cheap to me, especially for the unrealistically high prices.

Finally, the sizing seems off. The sizes were comparable to non-petite sizes from other brands.

I'm still not happy with the two items I did end up keeping after a series of exchanges, but like I said, the brand was at least helpful in giving a store credit vs. making me keep the original clothes that didn't fit.

My go to Petite Clothing Shop! I've been shopping with Petite Studio since their store in SoHo in 2019! I can still confidently say I get the same customer service experience online. :) I love each and every collection and love watching the evolution of designs over the years. I still have coats I bought from my first visit that are in amazing condition and get compliments on them every season. I wish they had an in person location again... hopefully soon. To the team at Petite Studio, keep up the good work! :)

The clothes were beautiful and fit perfectly. I am a 5'0" 115 pound petite women with 34D chest. Difficult to find clothes that fit let alone look nice. I took a chance on Petite Studio NYC and was very happy with all my purchases. I took medium in most of the "form fitting" outfits and small in the looser clothing. Wonderful new outfits.

Dress was beautiful! I originally had planned to wear the dress on my anniversary but it was delayed due to weather, which is understandable. I live on the west coast and the company is based out in the east coast so it took a couple of more days than expected. Either way, the dress fit perfect! I’m 5’2, 129 pounds and I ordered a medium. Had so many compliments on the dress. I’m petite so it’s hard to find the perfect dress and this was the perfect one!

I bought a couple of final-sale clothes and one sweater which was not a final sale. When I requested a return, they sent me a label and told me I was going to receive $86.4 for a refund. I sent the clothes out and didn't get any message from them, you couldn't even find any return status on their website. I contacted customer service, and they told me the item I returned was not refundable, but they were going to give me an exception and process a store credit refund instead. I refused to take the store credit because they didn't tell me the item was not returnable when I bought it, nor did I request for the return. I was not willing to give this company any money. I told them I would ask my credit card company to start an investigation into this purchase. Finally, they told me they would send me a refund, but took out a $8 fee.
Products are good, but not a customer-friendly company.

It is a scam. They didn't inform you there will be customs if ship it outside of US and dare to charge you 50dollar for logistic and re-stocking. It has no shame.

People should be wary of buying from them in the event you don't get your order. Unfortunately never got two pairs of pants, reached out to CS and they wouldn't do anything about it besides offer a $10 off code (only by taking a survey?). I don't think I'll shop here again, a shame since I discovered them on instagram and they have nice clothing. The customer service is too poor and the clothing cannot compensate for it. In the end, I didn't even bother charging back (which I would have won with the police report) I was eager to have them file a missing mail search/missing claims with the post office, but they never bothered to help. The service abruptly ends the minute they ship your package. $200 for Petite Studio is a quick buck and rip off. Maybe the onus is on the company to find a reputable carrier that won't just throw a package right by the side of the road for all the thieves! I'll stick to tailoring my long Zara pants.

I had been excited to find a seemingly responsible brand that focuses on petite clothing, but very disappointed by a recent customer service experience.

I had returned an order that was intended to be a birthday gift to myself that didn't work out (the bust fit was odd/material wasn't high quality), and ordered another dress. Unfortunately the fit also did not work, but I left the country the next day and by the time I returned, the return window had closed. I was hoping for leniency given that this was my first experience with the company and the timing of my trip, but no dice.

I like the styles that are offered and was lured by the fact that they say the clothes are responsibly made, but would caution against ordering from them because of fit/poor quality issues and the fact that they aren't customer-first at all. Wish I read other reviews first before wasting money on an expensive dress that doesn't fit.

They never ship the item, never reply email. Their clothes from Chinese Alibaba, cheap.

Got a dress from them. I love the quality of the fabric and it has a nice shape. I’m 5’1” 110 and got a size small. It was nice but could be looser. Overall I am happy and will be purchasing more clothing from this seller in the future!

The clothing appears to be great quality, I love that they emailed care instructions for them, packaging was nice and shipping was relatively quick. It's expensive, but I would definitely say that the quality is worth it. If you're against "fast fashion" then this is a good place to support. I will definitely buy from them again.
