Very bad customer service and terrible delivery
Petits- Tresors - Very bad company - very poor service - ordered bracelet 19 June despatched 20 June - 3-5 days delivery - it's now 29th June and no bracelet !! I've emailed them saying I was not happy and got quite an abrupt email back - I've since emailed twice more and they haven't even replied !! Do not use this company I will never ever again - I'm looking at taking it further so other people do not have to put up with this awful customer service !! 😡😡😡

We are sorry if the last email was too abrupt as you said.
The rude tone used was not written intentionally. We are not fluent in English and this is maybe the reason why we wrote something rude for you but normal for us.
Please apologize we just tried to explain basically the situation.
We work like this for now ten years and it works pretty well. If there is an issue our customer service is always avalaible to answer all questions and resolve the problems.
Generally we send the package through the French post office and the delivery issues are very rare. It is delivered between 3 to 5 business days.
We told you that if your package was not delivered on Friday we will act in order to allow you to receive another one as soon as possible.
We have to wait 3 or 4 days after the latest potential delivery date. Indeed it can happen delays sometimes.

I ordered a bracelet as a present for my sister-in-law. What I received looked small and cheaply made. It was packaged nicely, I was charged correctly and it arrived on time. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I would never purchase anything from them again.

Very unhappy!!!!
Placed order July 25th, received email that it shipped July 27yth, here it is August 13th and I still have not receivedy order!!!
Will never order from tjis company again and will spread the word how awfuly experience has been. Called customer service twice, no answer and never returned my calls.

Disappointed, too extensive for the baby bracelet....
This is too expensive for Canadian people. I bought 3 bracelets for $150 cdn currency.
But the custom service is excellent. They change a bracelet without money (sans frais). The person who I talk was very professionnal.

I will never order again!!
I ordered a monogrammed bracelet for my daughter and was VERY disappointed in it. I paid over 50 dollars for this bracelet and was so embarrassed by the quality of it I didn't give it to her. I sent Petit Tresors an email to return it and they never responded back to me. So my bad experience has been a valuable and costly lesson for me.

Purchased a deal on groupon but when I received my pendant the size was huge not as described. Call customer service they're not willing to exchange for different style nor accept return for credit.

Surprised but in a bad way
I have made two purchases of bracelets. One for myself and my daughter. My bracelet broke twice and they were kind enough to send me a replacement one. To which I had to take the charm off and put in a necklace.However, since my daughter was too young (newborn) to wear her bracelet I put it away, in the pouch it came in, only to take it out and it tarnished. I was very upset that it was once a beautiful piece of jewelry only to tarnish sitting in her closet in the pouch. Very disappointed..

Fast and courteous
I had a question and contacted the Florida store. The girl I spoke with was fantastic- courteous, patient, and helpful. The bracelets came in the mail in a few short days and they were beautiful. Very happy. Would definitely purchase from them again.
