I would give ZERO stars

I would give ZERO stars.
I paid $81 for medication for my dog with dementia. The very next morning (Monday) they emailed saying my order was cancelled and that I have not been refunded yet. I have written them all week with NO reply. Conveniently they have no phone number or google review. I have checked the medication on their site and it us now $125!! And according to them they have sold 7 in the last 18 hours. If they were getting stock in that quickly they wouldn't have cancelled my order. They cancelled it to raise the price. They couldn't even send that one order as bought and paid for. They offered a price and I accepted by paying and they took the payment. I wish there was an organization that I could turn to. In my mind we had a contract and they broke it. Underhanded company. Greedy and underhanded. Please don't buy from Petiva.ca.
