Like many others, I didn't realize I was being redirected from PetLink to these people. Scandalous! $20 that could have been better spent elsewhere went straight the down the shitter.

I only had my dog microchipped because I thought the registration was included with the $45 it cost me to do so....I even matched the cost with a donation to the rescue that was offering the microchip. I think it's a scam to also have to pay an additional $45 to actual use it...I adopted a dog and the REGISTERED chip was included with the adoption fee. Just seems like a "money grab" directed at animal lovers...several reviews back up this thinking.

This company is a scam! They misled me into multiple purchases. When I told them to remove my credit card information, they stated it wasn't stored even though I had to make a second purchase and did not have to enter my information. The lady (Lindsey) I spoke with was very rude. When I asked to speak with someone else she refused to connect me, told me they weren't there, would not give them a message. Basically I had to speak with her and there were no other options. Run as far away from this company as you can.

Beware. PetKey steals your information and tells you to double-register your pet on their site.

Received an email from them telling me to register my pet on their site. I knew that I already registered my pet with the microchip manufacturer because I just checked it. I'm not sure where they got my contact, but I'm not pleased.

Stop doing this, PetKey.

Petkey said that you could gps track my dog and it said he was safe at home when he was really not he was dead on the side of the road they were really rude on the phone and it’s a full scam

PetKey Single handedly brought our beloved pet, Bella safely home. Our Golden Retriever ran off after being frightened by Fireworks although many volunteers helped in an immediate search this method and effort was unsuccessful finding our family pet. The next morning happened to be on a Friday and I found Petkey registered Bella's chip id on their platform and within 4 hours PetKey called us with the name and number of the person that had found our Bella. Luckily, she was returned in less than 24 hours and she was safe and sound.

Petkey is phenomenal. The breeder apparently supplied us with a number, one digit off. When verifying the registration before traveling, we found that the breeders entered number was a digit off, thus had been rejected. One call to Petkey, a quick trip to the Vet for a scan to verify, and Petkey not only corrected the problem for us, but will be contacting the owner of the one digit difference, to ensure their registration is correct, again with the ease of an electronic scan. Great Communication and a very caring company.

I messed up and Registered my chip with this company not knowing I needed to register the chip with another one. I emailed them to let them know I needed to cancel to register with the proper company. They literally handled everything amazing!! What great customer service! Thank you so much!

I reported my dog (Gno) and he was find within an hour in so glad I have this service

No mention of mandatory $20 or $45 payment required BEFORE filling out all your personal information. No way to simply register your pet without paying for their service.
