Adopted a puppy from them a few years ago. Dog had giardia that was near impossible to get rid of despite being given a clean bill of health from their vet. Probably caused by unclean kennels. I was promised the dog came from a reputable breeder. This breeder was impossible to locate and contact online to verify its legitimacy, and any search results showed nefarious reports and reviews from a breeder with the same name.

Adopt don't shop!

Brought a dog 2 years ago i was told if any thing ever happen to my dog i wohld get anotger one. Well the the second year i had the dog someone stole it. I call the number to see if they could locate my dog by the chip and they told me they could locate my dog because I didn't register the dog. I thought since I paid X amount for the dog it was included. Petland should have made that clear. Not going back

I purchased my Chow Chow pup from Petland in Kennesaw. He has been the perfect dog and Petland has been great. I would buy another dog from them.

I purchased my Yorkshire Terrier from Petland and he has been the best pet I have ever had. I would purchase my next animal from Petland.

Paid a small fortune for a puppy that would have been much cheaper at a breeder, then she got sick with Kennel Cough. Another small fortune in vet bills.

My family has purchased 3 dogs ( One dachshund, one French bulldog and one English bulldog ) and 1 rabbit from Pet land and all 4 were healthy happy pets that have brought joy to our lives . Pet land employees have always been caring and helpful in picking out the right pet for us and making it a great experience. WE LOVE PET LAND and we still stop in about once a month because our 8 year old loves it there

The puppy had kennel cough. I was not pleased at all. The number that was given for follow up was equally as bad. No one did what they said they were going to do. I paid a lot of money for a sick puppy. Get a rescue animal it is not worth it to pay thousands of dollars for a sick dog. I must have gone to the hospital 6 times and it was an hour drive each way. I will never go to petland again nor will I recommend them. Can you say rip off!

I have purchased two dogs from them in the past so let’s start with the first. 2012 they had an older around 9 month old English Bulldog puppy that was supposedly brought back to the store because the couples kids were allergic to him. He was hugely discounted so we rescued him from them only to find out 3 months later that he is kid aggressive and could not be around children what so ever, living in a neighborhood with kids this proved to be a challenge to walk the dog who would flip out at the mere sight of a kid. He was rehomed with an older couple that had a farm and is doing well with them as he is know in his senior years. Fast forward 2016 we are next door dropping off a vacuum for service next door and decided to go in and look as our Boxer of 13 years had passed away. They had a nice looking male boxer pup that we decided to take home as he was one of few dogs without an insane price tag. We took them to their recommended Vet within the timeframe and had him checked and the vet said he was good. 3 day later the dog became very ill back to the their Vet who prescribed a broad spectrum antibiotics but he continued to get worse to the point of not eating and drinking and needing to be force fed. At this point I contacted their store manager and he agreed to pay for an emergency vet visit which proceeded to reveal the dog had bad pneumonia and needed to be left there for treatment at this point he had lost a huge amount of weight. The manager was rude throughout the whole ordeal and the company they contract to handle stuff like this is useless as tits on a bull. In the end the dog was returned to Petland and a refund was issued but the whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They prey on consumers and their prices aren’t in line with that of respected breeders. Stop and think for a moment why they can no longer off a puppy with AKC registration. I tracked the boxer back to a known Amish puppy mill in Pennsylvania. Buyer Beware.

Misrepresents breeder information. Sells substandard animals and then does nothing to assist with deformities and other major medical. Home office personnel are arrogant and uncaring. It's obvious from their handling that it is a routine that they have become used to.

We love Petland!!! Lauren made our last trip there even better!

Bought a puppy and within 5 days he was sick and had to be hospitalized. Vet said he had herpes which led to pneumonia. 7000$ in vet bills.

I have purchased 2 puppies from Petland Kennesaw and have not been disappointed. I simply love my puppies, and love the ease and stress free of the purchase. The puppies are happy and active. The supplies you take home are needed and not junk. And the contacts they set you up with are great. They follow up with you to make sure you have done everything for your puppy.
