Total scam. No product received after 40 days. The website is unavailable. No contact details given. I have requested refund from paypal through which I bought the item.

It’s a scam the glove is a different make even though I was told it was just an old stock but same product. It doesn’t pick up any dog hairs and as the other reviews say I had an email saying different ways to try and use it but none worked it is absolutely useless and when I asked for the return label I never heard back so I’m left with a £15 piece of rubbish

Scam product, glove does nothing. Requested a refund, got an email back from Edward saying no problem, a refund will be done, no need to return it. Still waiting a month later so will get my bank to sort the refund. Lesson learned, just don't buy from Facebook ads, Chinese scam companies are rude.

This is a scam. It doesn’t work at all, doesn’t pick the slightest bit of hair. I also had a reply from an Edward Rossi that gave me suggestions on how to use it, which obviously didn’t work. I asked for a refund a couple of times but heard nothing back. What a waste of money.

Avoid at all costs. If I could put no stars then I would.
Much the same as all the other bad reviews. I ordered 3 pet gloves and they are absolutely useless and just move the cat hair around at best.
I e mailed them and got a reply of tips of how to use it, I tried the tips and then e mailed back to say I wasn’t satisfied. They said they would organise a return and refund. I heard nothing so claimed the money back through my card supplier as suggested by someone on here. Wish I’d read the reviews first and hadn’t wasted my time.

Absolute scam. Does not work at all. No reply to any of my emails asking for a refund. Thankfully my credit card company are investigating and refunding me.
Stay away from this company!

As with the other reviews you do not get the item shown in the video (its called Rhino Ben) and its useless. Maybe if you have a tonne of freshly placed hair (like in the promotional vids) but if it's a smaller amount it picks up hardly anything. It's also impossible to grip properly as your hand moves around inside as you are rubbing and it bunches up. I'm normally good at checking on trustpilot before ordering but this one slipped through the net and I've paid for the mistake. I've contacted them for a refund but don't hold out much hope based on other reviews. It took quite a while to arrive as well ordered on 27th June and arrived 5th July.

The item they send is not what they show in the pictures and videos and is completely useless!! I have contacted them twice to request return and refund with no response - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

As others have shared, the items you get are not what are advertised and they don’t work, at all. Edward Rossi, in the ‘Customer Experience Team’ was initially prompt to reply, very apologetic & offered a long list of suggestions ahead of pursuing the refund (even though their refund policy stipulates the items must be unused). None of the suggestions work of course because it’s useless cheap tat. Having told me ‘the team would organise a refund’, and I would receive instructions on how to initiate the return process, this was not forthcoming. Several emails requesting these later & quelle surprise, they’ve completely ignored me since. Buy with caution, better still, don’t buy at all: go on Amazon & get something from there which works, and for a fraction of the cost.

AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS SUPPLIER AT ALL COSTS! NOT LEGITIMATE AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. SHAME ON YOU PETLOVA!! WAITING FOR MY REFUND WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OR WILL RAISE THIS WITH THE AUTHORITIES.

Same as everyone here. Product didn’t work and I tried to contact for refund with zero luck. Do not buy! Looks like we all have been scammed

They sell this Petlova sweep+ product which is supposed to pick up hair but does no such thing. It doesn’t pick up anything at all. It does nothing what the videos on instagram advertise. And then when you ask for a refund they have the nerve to email you back and say try it again. I said no and am still waiting for a refund

Bought a glove to remove fur from clothes, furniture etc...did not work as shown in video. Fur just collected everywhere except for on the glove. Waste of time. Have contacted them 3 times for refund and heard nothing. Would give zero stars if I could.

It’s a scam. Do not do it.
It’s not the item in the video or on the website, it’s similar but is absolutely useless. Using your hand is far more effective.
Spoke to the company who provided advice on technique and there was no improvement. So they apparently logged a return for me, but it’s been a week and heard nothing, so emailed again and still nothing.
Will be claiming via bank and speaking to financial ombudsman. Companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to continue trading.

Ordered the PETLOVA glove to get rid of pet hair, received it, tried it and it didn’t work. Sent an email requesting return (8th July 2025), and refund, received response advising best way to use it, tried and failed, emailed (9th July), again requesting return and refund, no reply, sent another email 11th July, advising that if I don’t have reply by close of business today (14th July), I will be contacting my bank to raise a claim against company. As it stands today at 4.35pm no response, seems I will be contacting bank tomorrow! Failed in their promise of 30 day money back guarantee! Please avoid this company.

Terrible product that takes ages to come and literally does nothing at all. Advertised as this amazing mitt that picks up cat hair when in reality it does diddly squat. Avoid!

The product is absolute rubbish. It doesn’t have two different textured parts like the images displayed on your website, does absolutely nothing to pick up anything never mind dog hair.

The item I received isn’t branded PETLOVA and has two silver sections which do absolutely nothing. I imagine there will be no chance of a refund for what is a useless product. Not the item sold via the advertising on your website - complete scam.
