I have to say i get fantastic service from pet parlor 10/10

Took awhile to arrive but we had a cyclone and flooding so i am happy it arrived today at post office 25kg bag of Lucerne chaff really impressing wrapped in plastic with thick tape and fragile written on it thank you. Next time i will write leave in carport i didn't do that and sent to post office my fault not Pet Parlour

Pet Parlor is an absolutely pleasure to deal with . Very fast ordering and delivery . I ordered a 15kg of dog food and unfortunately my dog got sick and our vet put him on a special diet and I had to return the bag of food and if I thought purchasing was good there customer service is out of this world . No fuss return and refund, very quick response to emails. Best customer service experience I have ever experienced. Well done to you .

I've been ordering from this site now for a while and they've been fantastic. Super quick order turnaround and delivery. They have some really good products. Prices are very competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I haven’t received my order

I ordered some fish tank ph equaliser tablets on 5th May and haven’t received them on the 1st July. I’m trying to contact them but their website is down.

Brilliant had the food I had been after for a while came faster then it said. So great service, produce and price

Products ordered, but they were not in stock, so posted 5 days after ordering and then 7-10 days for delivery. Not ideal.

Punctual, polite, honest, great quality. Just a perfect online shopping experience. Wish all sites were like this!

Our order was not able to be filled in one go but this was communicated to us and we received the first part promptly and as soon as the stock came it the rest of our order was sent out, great communication, was nice to be informed
