I placed order on December 12th

I placed order on December 12th. It still hasn't arrived. And tracking it is about impossible. The tracking page doesn't update most of the time. I have reached out to the company twice and each time they refer me to the tracking page. I agree with other reviews. They were quick to take my money, but I wonder if I will ever recieve my product. Edit: I did finally receive the product which my sister loved, but the hassel with delivery still gives them a one star. They did offer a full refund which I think was fair.

Bought a mug

Bought a mug, for my hubby, "from the cats". Good quality, and great delivery.

Only one niggle. As a left hander, and that it's only printed on one side (maybe, I missed something on the order form) but you can't see the picture whilst drinking from the mug.

Awful - Avoid

Do yourself a favour and avoid Pet Printed UK. I ordered on 16 December. £40 taken immediately. This included a 'priority' charge (though it didn't explain what benefit that gave). I chased on 21 December and received a contradictory reply "Your order has not been shipped yet. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with a tracking link as the order was shipped without one. However, the delivery should arrive in time before December 24th." Also, they addressed me using someone else's name.
Chased again on 23 December. Pet Printed replied on Christmas Eve saying the order had not been processed and so it would be cancelled. Now a failed Christmas present. What a scam.

During the ordering process, we clearly explain the Prio+ (priority) option. This service prioritizes the transfer of an order into production but does not reduce the actual production time or guarantee a specific delivery date. The production time for the items you ordered is longer by nature, and this information is also communicated on our website before checkout.

Unfortunately, during the pre-Christmas period, we experience exceptionally high demand, combined with public holidays, which can significantly impact both production and delivery timelines. In your case, this resulted in delays that prevented us from completing the order in time.

As soon as it became clear that the order could not be processed in time, it was cancelled before entering production, and no item was produced. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and for the disappointment of a missed Christmas gift.

We regret that our communication caused confusion and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve both our processes and customer communication."

Purchased a pet keyring

Purchased a pet keyring - customer service was so good, as i had made a mistake with the delivery - nothing was to much trouble they just sorted it. Can't thank them enough as this was a gift for Christmas.

Dogs on toilet and bath

I ordered a poster of my dog on the toilet and my sisters dog in the bath, OMG these are such great quality and so realistic, plus the price is so reasonable. Highly recommend !!!

Rubbish company to deal with.

Rubbish company to deal with.
Delivery is very slow, customer service is ridiculous no help whatsoever, one item turned up and was extremely poor quality, writing uneven, had a hole in, faded colours, leather stitched together was misaligned and missing items from order.
Will see how the refund process goes.
Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Absolutely loved these rugs

Absolutely loved these rugs. I bought two for my daughters, they arrived a lot quicker than I expected and the quality was fantastic. My daughters were thrilled when I gave them to them and I will definitely be buying some more. Thank you pet printed for your fantastic products and service really happy. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love it!!

Absolutely love it!!!
When my mug arrived it was damaged in transit.
I emailed Pet Printed to inform them of this and they immediately rectified this and sent a new one immediately, very quick delivery!
The mug is great quality and I’m super excited for my grandma to open this gift on Christmas Day!
One very satisfied customer, thank you guys!

Poor Customer Service

I ordered 2 key rings , never turned up and customer service was basically " Tough ". I paid £30 and i will be starting a chargeback against the company.

Thank you for your reply, but no replacement has ever been offered or received.

Not the service I was paying for

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with them. Made an order 12 days ago. Payed an extra 40% for priority. I still don't have the product and when asked about ETA was given contradicting iformation. When asked for refund and wanted to cancel the order it has been refused. I just hope that if I ever get the product I've ordered the quality will be at least decent.

I ordered CHRISTMAS WRAPPING paper with…

*edit* THEY DELETE THE BAD FEEDBACKS FROM THEI SOCIAL MEDIA!!!**
I ordered CHRISTMAS WRAPPING paper with priority service and still haven’t received my order. Emailed them and been told they are busy and because it’s Christmas it will take much longer.
So basically I can stick it that paper in my butt! What I am going to do with that paper if I don’t get it before Christmas??? I paid £64 for PAPER and not even getting on TIME! CHRISTMAS PAPER FOR CHRISTMAS BUT IT WILL ARRIVE AFTER? It’s ridiculous. So unprofessional.
They should have stated this before taking my money! Do NOT RECOMMEND

You were not refused support, nor were you told that no replacement was possible. After reviewing the photos you provided, we offered to send you a replacement pair to resolve the issue. Our intention was to correct the problem, not to leave you without a solution.

The 20% discount code was provided as an additional goodwill gesture, not as a substitute for resolving the matter. We understand that promotions may also have been running on the website at the time, but this code was issued directly to you alongside the proposed replacement.

We do not benefit from customers receiving faulty items, and we certainly do not “scam” customers. If there has been any misunderstanding during communication, we regret that and would still be happy to resolve this appropriately.

Poor quality product.

The Christmas bauble is pretty cheap looking for what it cost.
£15 for a cardboard cutout and a plastic bauble (£10 for 10 on Amazon).
The printing wasn't even that good quality.

Then another £5+ for delivery!

UPDATE:
The company have tried to offer me a full refund if I modify or delete my review.

I'd rather leave the review. People need to be aware of poor quality products.

Bought a personalised iPhone case for…

Bought a personalised iPhone case for my wife with a picture of both breeds of dogs we have and their names with a small message. I've also used 'Pet Printed' before and bought the wife a personalised coffee mug for work with a picture and message from her fur babies.
Pet Printed have most things you can think of to be personalised for a gift. The website is easy to use and navigate, and if it can do it, anyone can.
