Great products, excellent value and dispatched promptly. Highly recommended.
This was my second order for another sofa protector (because the 1st was so good) and some non-slip matting (which is actually non slip, amazing).

Brilliant rug less floor cleaning!
I purchased a big paws rug as I have two little dogs who seem to make a lot of mess coming in and out. The service was prompt and the ordering easy.
The rug is amazing! no more muddy paw prints which has meant less steaming of the floor, win!

Sorry for the delay.
You ordered on a bank holiday (1st January) And we have dispatched this within 3 working days. I have checked the tracking and the parcel is with the courier. On the notes it does mention the bad weather and that they are trying to get the parcel to you. Please bare with us as we are very busy this time of year and we are only a small team.
We do have a phone number on our website and happy to take a call if you have any other concerns.

Amazing customer service. Had a minor problem with an item and this was sorted immediately. Cannot fault their customer service. Tommy was amazing.

We closed for Christmas from the 20th of December and did put a notice on our website that all orders after the 16th of December would be delivered in the New Year.

Buy elsewhere...
Placed an order for a mat in October. No updates from Pet Rebellion. Had to chase them several times, and eventually they responded with some story of shipping issues 🤔. Told item would arrive mid November! Parcel has literally just arrived this morning, 2nd December! So not quite mid November now 🤔?
Shocking customer service, and will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The order you placed was a pre order for delivery mid November. You placed the order on October 30th.
Myself (Tommy) and my colleague Lindsay emailed you back from your original email and we kept you informed there were a few slight delays.
Lindsay also apologised on a few occasions. Please see emails below -
Dear Jacinta
Thank you for your email, apologies you have had to contact us. We are tracking this shipment; it was due in port last week but was held due to the number of vessels arriving this time of year. It is landing tomorrow, and stock is expected to be with us here in Wiltshire Friday. As soon as we have the rugs, we are going to work on getting pre-orders cut and dispatched asap. Your order will be sent on a Next Day service (Mon-Fri) with DHL.

Thank you for your email, I am so sorry for the delay in coming back to you. Our power went out Sunday in the storm and the engineers have only just got it consistently running late yesterday evening. With our pre-orders we do our best to estimate dispatch dates rather than a definitive as we know things can be held up unfortunately.
I can confirm your parcel will be collected today via DHL and it’s on a next day service so will be with you tomorrow. I am very sorry for the delay, the power cut occurred at the busiest time for us with all the new stock arriving.
