Petrest were absolutely brilliant. My boy Milo passed away and they were very professional. There was no hurry for me to say goodbye to Milo. I carried Milo to the van and layed him down in a bed with his favourite toy and a blanket. Milo was returned to me in 2 days. I will definitely be using them for my 2 girls when the time comes.

Thank you so much for the excellent service that you provided for my Louie, firstly it was short notice, but you still fitted us in, the passing of Louie took a little bit longe, but your collection driver was kind, friendly and said there is no rush take your time. My Louie was carried out by his Dad and placed in the dog bed with his blanket and his favourite teddy again we were told there was no rush and to take our time. Louie was delivered back to us 2 days later in a our chosen urn, with a pawprint, lovely urn box, bottle with his fur in it.
I can't thank you enough for the care you took of our Louie and the excellent service you provided at this difficult time and it was definitely made easier by Petrest.

It was such a hard decision having our dog Charley put to sleep. We knew we wanted him to be at home. I called petrest who were so kind and compassionate, Andrew talked me through the process, he came out at the agreed time and waited until we were ready. It is a lovely little van with a bed in the back. Vets dont recommend this service enough, the price was reasonable and Charley was brought back home to us 2 days later with a lovely paw print.

I want to start by saying a massive thank you to petrest! They have been absolutely amazing during such a hard time for myself, their communication is amazing and their care and support is out of this world. Thank you so much and a special thank you to Andrew who was there start to finish and delivered exceptional customer service and care.

My wife contacted Pet rest to make arrangements for our elderly and very poorly Sphynx cat Alesha, who unfortunately we had to have put to sleep, from the moment contact was made we felt the compassion and care going through every thing that we would want for her.
We can not fault the service at all, Excellent communication, we were called to let us know someone was on the way to pick her up from the vet and was given feedback from the Vet of how caring Andrew was in collecting her. On return of her Ashes, we arranged a date and again another call to let us know when roughly they should arrive. When they arrived they very kindly covered the box with a blanket as it was raining and didn’t want the box to get wet.
We opted for the the gold Service and was very impressed, very well presented and definitely worth the value we paid,
When the dreadful time comes around again for our other Cats, we will be using their services again.

We were really impressed with Petrest who have been really understanding, professional and courteous in our dealings with them when we were heartbroken with losing our beloved cat. We lost our boy early Saturday morning and weren't expecting to hear from them until business hours on Monday but they responded within the hour.
We decided on the Gold package as that offered us everything we needed. We nearly didn't go with a fur clipping but were really glad we did as its such a visual reminder of our boy. We had every trust in them and it was the small things like the quick and personal response along with the care of collecting our cat and returning his ashes to us which made the experience less painful than it could have been

Mikey was my second pet I had to put at rest. Petrest has been, in both cases, a good companionship in this final, difficult journey. All the people are very kind and compassionate, especially Lauren to whom I send all my gratitude for the detail I could be provided for. Although the farewell to your beloved ones are always hard, I truly recommend Petrest services to anyone in need.

I would without hesitation recommend Petrest. They have been so compassionate and caring throughout the entire process. Andrew the member of staff who picked our beloved little dog up and then brought her home again was so amazing and professional. Andrew was empathetic towards our loss and how devasted we were. We took our time to say good bye there was no rush and everything was so dignified and perfect in every way. We only wanted the very best farewell for our beautiful sweet girl and this is what we got. We lost our Max at 530am, i filled in the online form at 8am, had a call back at 830 confirming my chosen collection time.
They were very sympathetic on the phone whilst arranging the collection of Max.

They arrived as expected, we were heartbroken knowing this was the ladt ever time we would see Max. Because he was i big boy I had to help the guy I think andrew carry Max to the van on a sretcher. Everything g very dignified.
There was NO Pressure to say our final goodbye we took our time.

We were told 3-5 working days to get the ash's back. Bang o n 3 working days we got Max back.

The keepsake box as described, paw print (not an ink print but in some kind of resin) plus tuft of his fur in a small bottle, and a lovely box with his name on it.

Honestly can not fault the service from Pet Rest

This is [sadly] the 3rd time over 15 years we've used the facilities and service for one of our dogs at the CPC Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire site. In general, the experience of the CPC Pet crematorium and their Petrest service has always been empathetic to our needs. Their website doesn't really do it justice and could do with a significant update to explain what they do and what we get in return in more detail, there is a lot to absorb, choices to decide upon etc, all whilst in a state of sad emotions; it is a business of course like a human funeral directors. I found their email reply quick, although when initially phoning it did take a time to get through, but having used the crematorium before, I knew it was worth the wait. I suppose the most important part for me, apart from collecting our deceased dog from the vet, was the availability to visit and spend some last time with our lovely dog, to say a final goodbye. Their separate lounge and actual resting area for our dog was tasteful and peaceful; their was no rush [on a weekday] which was important for me. They collected our dog from the vets and laid him out in rest for our visit. His ashes were given to us in a nice casket of our choice. Whilst on this recent occasion something didn't go exactly to plan, it didn't tarnish the overall good experience. We had conversations with 4 different staff and found them all to be understanding and helpful.

Petrest gave our boy (Macky)the best send off We had a private cremation and he was treated with such dignity. Andrew and Vivian have been an absolute rock at this sad time. They were so professional and made the experience as nice as this sort of thing can be. I would certainly recommend them and thank them for all there great support at this hard and sad time Macky's mum and dad

They were very helpful, the man who delivered the ashes was very helpful and understanding, very happy with the service I recieved.
