having reviewed the carb kit I was interested in buying, I submitted several questions about the products all of which were answered promptly and gave me the info I needed. the product discription is very clear,the pricing is very keen even the postage is shown to you before you commit to buying.a very easy purchase through paypal and the delivery time was really fast. all in all, the staff at petrol scooter are brilliant

i have ordered parts from petrol scooter uk a couple of times and i have found them to be very reasonablely priced company in fact the cheapest out there i don,t know how they do it but i am glad that they do , if you need your part asap them these are the gays for you . on the occasions that i have ordered parts they have been with me within 48 hours and i am in northern ireland .

I ordered some engine parts a week ago, thinking I had plenty of time for them to arrive and for me to get my engine rebuilt in time for a track evening tonight.
Unfortunately the bits haven't arrived yet, which means no track night for me!!
Very disappointed and kinda shocked, cos Petrolscooter are usually pretty quick on delivery. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in this case though, and suggest that their excuse might be the postal service is probably snowed under with boxes from Amazon. So I gave them a 3 star rating, in spite of the delivery estimate being 1-3 days, and the reality being 7 days and counting.
Price was good and the quality of goods is usually fine from Petrolscooter

easy to order, quick to arrive, just as the website said. All terminals well labled tho,wiring diagrams maybe helpfull.

Great help over the phone, i did not know the make or model of our petrol scooter but with great help over the phone we purchased and got the correct parts in the post. we delt with Richard and found him very proffesional. we will definately reccomend them.
