I ordered a 'MEDIUM' size dog kennell…
I ordered a 'MEDIUM' size dog kennell for my "medium size" dog. Spaniel. The flat pack kennel arrived. My husband put it together only to discover that it was for a 'SMALL DOG' and was too small. It is pets.ie mistake?
I contacted pets.ie - took the kennel apart, put it in a box ready for collection but because it was not the origianl box pets.ie would not collect it so we could get a refund or a bigger kennel.
The box is now sitting on my lounge floor boxed up and I have no choice only to 'dump it? or try to sell it on for a much lesser price. we will then have to re-assemble it as well. Not happy with the service pets.ie provided. Your details on you website are incorrect sizing??

The dimensions of each kennel are listed on the product page, along with guidance on the dog sizes and breeds that the kennel is suitable for. We always recommend checking these measurements before purchasing to ensure the correct size is selected for your dog.
With regard to the return, as outlined in our returns policy, items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. This is to ensure they can be transported safely through the courier network and are suitable for resale. Unfortunately, without the original packaging, we were unable to arrange the return.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the kennel did not meet your requirements.

I ordered a puppy pen and 2 vet mats back on the 18th of May and I received them on the 19th ! What a service ! . The items I purchased are top quality products
The puppy pen is a must for every puppy owner,only this morning when I saw my puppy swinging off the couch covers I opened up my puppy pen and used it as a gate to protect furniture in sunroom .Puppy pen can be used in so many different ways it's fabulous and a must have !
