Has Pets4Homes blocked your account for no legitimate reason ?
Have pets4homes illegally kept your money when you paid for one of their adverts or pet payment services?
Have you written a truthful negative review of the awful experience you suffered at the hands of pets4homes on their Google reviews or social media, page and your reviews miraculously continually dissappear ?
Have you written umpteen complaint emails which have been completely ignored?
Truth is... thats exactly whats happening.
If the truthful reviews were left for their customers to read about money not being refunded, accounts being blocked for no legitimate reason and numerous other complaints I am positive that you would think again before trusting pets4homes.
Pets4homes is paying a company to delete our truthful reviews which is giving us as customers a fake false sense of security. Luckily Trustpilot don't allow such deceitful behaviour.... and don't worry we will confirm who we are when you try and have this truthful review removed. We will prove that we are your customers and that you have stolen our money.
That's because pets4homes pay to remove pretty much all of the negative reviews which definitely isn't a true representation of their underhanded business.
Legitimate businesses can't have Google reviews removed so something very underhanded is going on here.
Pets4Homes put very high expectations on their Breeders to be trustworthy and make them jump through hoops to be verified but pets4homes as a business is far from trustworthy... continually deleting truthful reviews from their loyal customers on Google, keeping Breeders payments for unpublished adverts and the customers money that use their pet payment scheme who also don't get a refund.
Have they completely ignored your umpteen emails ? because their customer service is appalling. That's because they don't care about their customers... all they care about is the money.
Take your complaint to the ombudsman and contact your bank as they will start a dispute against them.
As a user of Pets4Homes, we should expect a quality services as the very bare minimum. This means that any inconvenience caused to you which is the company’s fault should be addressed as soon as possible, for it is your right as a customer..... but this does not happen.
Pets4Homes don't care less about about their customers.
Getting a problem-solving response from Pets4Homes does not happen. Even if you are lucky enough to get a response, it may take weeks.
Even so, if you have encountered an issue with the company’s service, it is crucial to make a complaint and persue pets4homes until you get the money they have wrongfully stolen from you returned.
Myself and my colleagues who have also been wronged by pets4homes intend to take this complaint as far as it can go as what pets4homes is doing is illegal, fraudulent and totally dishonest.
