Unfortunately Yodel delivered our dog food damaged and open to the wrong address however Pets and Friends rectified the problem with great customer service from (hope I have the name correct) Sar’a.

Excellent service but poor packaging
Excellent service & delivery. Poor packaging - adhesive tape came unstuck: if the 11kg bag of food had been smaller, it would have been lost. Hence only 4 stars this time.

Using accumulated points…
I have subscribed for many years and have a lot of accumulated points which should be used on EVERY order to reduced the price automatically- otherwise you can only use them a bit at a time and you have to do it. This is not customer service. I asked for a customer service office to call twice via email and got no response- normally I get a good response. So I paid £15 too much.
