Very efficient...
Simple process to order, however it was only standard food so cannot comment on any medical products.. But the order was efficiently processed, correct and delivered within a couple of days, which these days seems a bonus.. No question I will recommend and use Petshop again..

Not good communication

Helpful staff who you can actually phone, sadly a rarety nowadays.. An issue I had with an online order was handled well. I would of have awarded 5 stars but the order went through at a higher price than I expected? I will contact Adam & ask him to look into it.

Quality
You are kept informed every step of the way. So you know exactly what is happening with your order at any given time. Because my cats have to have a special prescription diet which is expensive your prices are good. If I ever need to phone which is not often the staff are always very polite and helpfull.

Absolute shambles if a Company
Absolute shambles if a Company. Don't mind taking your money and signing you onto a bottomless bowl order you dont sign uo for.
And the delivery timescale is a total mess. Says 3 working day delivery once left the warehouse. Maybe but it has to be pu ked and sent in the 1st place.
Time to find another supplier who knows what they are doing.

I didn't realise that I had joined the emptybowl scheme. I still had over half bag left when the next bag was about to be despatched. I tried to cancel my delivery but did not get a reply from my email. The product is good and the price.

Impossible to contact !
Impossible to contact !! Emailed a week ago no response. Phoned twice on different days and on each day, it says they are not answering calls because they are answering emails, which is a joke because i've not had a reply to mine. I placed an order in July which I thought was on a subscription. And when I log into my account, I can't see anything about a subscription because I want to check if it is, and also when the next delivery date is due. Just in case it's too soon, I need somebody to contact me as soon as possible.This is disgusting service
