Initial order was great, however sneakily signed me up to a weekly subscription without me knowing. Another 48 trays of dog food delivered the following week. Avoid this company.

Abysmal customer service . Very difficult to navigate their website and impossible to get hold of them . I will be reporting them .
They have just taken money form my account when I emailed them 5 days ago to cancel it . I shall go elsewhere

Moved from an unreliable supplier (yes A....).Better price and quick delivery.Hope the bottomless bowl continues as it has started.A 5 star start.Look forward to the next delivery.

Easy to order and find what I was looking for, as our local supermarket no longer stocks the Taste of Rome cat food. Very good price and prompt delivery.

Excellent and speedy service. My usual supplier of Royal Canin dried food constantly had ‘issues’ with supply etc. I tried to stick with them but finally gave up.
I then found Petshop which were able to send the dog food immediately and I received it in less than 48 hours. That was something my other supplier couldn’t do, despite them taking my money upfront (which they have since refunded).
I will be staying with Petshop from now on. Thank you Petshop for helping to keep a senior Labrador a very happy dog. 🐕

I have used this company a few times now. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with both price and service. Most recently, my standard deliver order of cat food was delivered within 24 hours of me placing the order.
The website, including ‘bottomless bowl’ is very easy to navigate.

I don't normally order from Petshop.co.uk. I chose to order from them this time because their prices were good. It said that the product was in stock and available for next day delivery. Well 4 days later I finally received my order. Their website is very misleading and as a result I ended up ordering the wrong type of biscuit. I don't think I will use this company again

My biggest problem with your company is the website. Yes I'm an Octigenarian but your site is the one I struggle with the most. Right from your first page it just goes down hill. All my orders arrive when advised & I'm pleased with my standing order

Placed an order of Naturo dog food 12 box's for just over 68 pounds delivered in time then I get an email saying another order is on the way for 103.62 pounds same order as before which I had not ordered so refused delivery now I will have to fight to get a refund.
Never again steer clear

First time and last time using. Products arrived pretty fast but unfortunately the mousse i ordered had leaked all over the items and barely a drop left in the bottle. Emailed customer service, which seems to be non existent, still had no reply. Should have read the reviews on here before purchasing. Disgusting, immoral company. Avoid.

Absolutely fantastic.great range of products. Discounts with repeat orders. Easy to edit delivery, amounts etc on the bottomless bowl.
Super fast delivery. Actually came a day earlier.

Whilst the prices are okay (zooplus is better) their customer service is abysmal. I had to report a delivery issue I created a support case on the 14th, it wasn't resolved until the 20th. Not because there was alot of back and forth, no. It was because it took them so long to respond. Even phoning their contact number it just has a pre recorded message saying they are very busy.

I love that I am advised my order is due to be placed, if that suits me, I don’t need to do anything but if I’m not quite ready for my order or I want my order straight away, with the online access, my Subscription is delivered when I want it, can’t ask for more!
Buying dog food is no longer another job to be done, it’s all done for me!
