Petshop are excellent as my supplier of food for my beloved Danii due to delivery always within guide lines and when I had to change my chosen product there was no delay or problem related to same. Well done all concerned.

I came across this when looking for a specific brand of dry food. I placed my first order not realising I had opted for collection rather than delivery. Given the total cost, I was a bit dubious. Got a notification my order was ready to collect and headed over there. Since then I subscribed to a regular order and as I’m around 10 miles from the shop in Stratford upon Avon, I usually pick up my order when in town doing other shopping. I found the staff really attentive every time, always offering to carry the package to my car, all part of their service! In terms of value-for-money I think they take some beating! Great service.

Using the bottomless bowl feature on my orders mean I always have a constant supply of my chosen dog foods . I can alter brands, dates, frequency at any time too and all delivered to my door.

Excellent service when required

Got this to try for my cat and he absolutely loved it. The appearance of the cat food isn't to bad it has a little bit of moisture to it. Would recommend

It is great to have a food specific to my little old boys needs! He is 15 and it's so important to me that his food is good for him. He didn't hesitate to get stuck in and clear the food put in front of him. I have the utmost trust in this brand and the resealable bag is perfect to keep it fresh. I have no hesitation now to feed our little cat this food for the rest of the time we have with him.

I admit I may have done something incorrectly. However, I ordered a year's supply of cat flea treatment and have now been billed for another year's supply. When you telephone you get a message telling you to email and when you email you get a message saying they are really busy so please don't email again.

I'm elderly and live on a state pension so £65+ is a lot of money especially twice in a month. I will contact my bank to cancel any further payments but I am very disappointed (and upset/stresse) that companies can do this. I would have ordered other items but they have lost a customer.

I use bottomless bowl to ensure Baloo always has his food. It is very easy to place my order early or hold it back, this is a really helpful feature, the pricing is very competitive too. The delivery is spot on, I am informed every step of the way and it arrives quickly.
Most importantly for me is the customer service, I have not had to use it often but when I had to, my problem was resolved quickly and in a professional manner, the problem was of my own doing too.
I would have no hesitation to recommend Petshop.co.uk, they are a great company to deal with, I have used them for quite a few years now.

Box was damaged with two packs of dig food unusable. I wrote to the team but have had no response.

I've been using the petshop for a couple of years now. I'm sure there are alot of great options available for pet owners.
I have a food delivery every month and it is so much easier than having go to the local pet store.
It is well packed, delivered the same time every month, hassle free.
I have no reason to dtop the service provided.

This is a good service. The website offers a big range of pet food and it is possible to see what has been ordered before and repeat. Prices seem reasonable. A couple of minor gripes though: a. The site just does not want you to check out and bombards you with offers - seems a waste of time to me. b. As the owner of a picky and now old labrador, the bottomless bowl option is more pointless than the TV show of that name. You just can't do a repeat order when you don't know if what you ordered will get eaten or not, and now the question of will it all get eaten before the appetite changes again or the dog dies! c. The only problem I have had is with delivery. All delivery companies have their quirks and stuff goes astray occasionally. Good job the packaging is fantastic.

Very poor delivery service, every time I order from you my parcel gets left outside of my property, not even delivered to the door, I keep messaging you and the delivery company and it still keeps happening I have had to cancel my repeat order and go somewhere else because I have had enough of it, you need to stop using DHL

I received my bottomless order on time as usual. I appreciate the prior advice that my order is due for shipment and regular tracking updates. Bottomless subscriptions are easy to pause, change and the price plus choice of dog food are great. Very happy with the service provided and I prefer to support smaller businesses.
