Customer service were polite in their response with my three emails about the specific engraving I wanted on my collar. It has arrived today and it is super. The engraving is just as I had asked for and I am very happy with my order. It is fab. I would recommend Petsnooze.

Very happy with my buy and will pick a different design next time I order there are lots to choose from. It was delivered in a padded envelope and engraved with my dogs name as i was offered free engraving. Thanks, Kristina

This is my second review, following the purchase of a pretty pink flower collar. The collar was well made and the flower looked like it was hand crafted. Tilly looked very cute in her collar and it was personalised with name and number which gave up peice of mind. I did need to speak to customer service to confirm personalisation was correct and they confirmed. Happy customer no issues.

Jealous of the dogs new house I would recommend the fluffy rabbit option in the large size (arrived today) we love the look of it and my dog sniffed it and went straight in. It’s comfy for her old bones and she looks really happy thank you Marie

Delivery took a while (sent from China) and the poor quality product (velvet cat cave) has chinese labelling. No safety standards that would apply in EU/UK. Strong chemical smell. Wouldn't purchase from this place again.

Good online pet shop if you’re after a collar mine arrived yesterday and the design isn’t something I could have got in town it’s very pretty. Very happy free delivery in a week and a bit and looks good on. Also liked that I could put my number on the buckle.

I bought my mum a pink rug with a star pattern for her dog and she is very pleased with the cosiness her dog sits on the couch so this blanket has helped with the hair, but looks really cute aswell. She did mention that the packaging was a bit hard to open but apart from that she is content with her pressie. I bought the pink and stars rug size 69 x 52cm.

If I could more stars I would, I am absolutely made up with my new rabbit design dog house from this site. My dog loves it she looks like she’s in a little fluffy den and it’s so cosy for her in this weather. Very happy customer and dog 😊

I am very impressed with the butterfly design dog coat I got delivered yesterday. Took a week and a half on the free delivery option. The fit is good and I didn’t need to put a collar on because it has hooks on the back. The design is beautiful and it will keep my little one cosy in this chilly weather I wouldn’t mind a coat in this design myself! Rita

Happy to review the daisies pink collar I received is pretty and will look very nice in the spring on my pooch. The buckle fit nicely together and feels strong and the free engraving was a bonus so I could add chip number for her. Delivery was a week and a half just as they had told me when I ordered online. I am very happy with this cute collar!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered from here in January and after my order not arriving for 2/3 weeks and me trying to contact them and getting no response I comment on their Instagram (the Instagram page is no longer online). They finally got back to me and said they would refund my order, the dog bed then arrived 1.5 months later with no refund. I then emailed again saying I did not want this product as I already bought something in replacement. To which the customer service reply’s and says “we can see your order has been delivered” VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Item is also smaller than expected despite measuring before, also doesn't look the same quality as in the picture. Still waiting on my refund.

This is a front for a business in china. Very slow delivery, having to send reminders. Eventually my daughter got the pet bed I had ordered. She acknowledged its arrival but was in no way pleased. I ordered slippers and a hat. Too small. Won’t ask for a refund since I have had dealings with a similar outfit and the cost of shipping back leads to much evasion and me wasting my time.

Happy to review the collar I got from Petsnooze. Flower design is very nice and the engraving was what I requested. Delivery was free and for the quality I think the collar was fairly priced. I had no need to contact customer services so can’t comment on that. I liked the big choice I had of collars on the website. I would recommend. Thank you

Having similar problems with communication over delivery of an order i placed 10th February! Still not received it, just get a generic reply

Ordered from here a month ago. Had to email company due to lack of dispatch notification, didn't get dispatched until after they replied. Site had no indication items were coming from China. Item is also smaller than expected despite measuring before, also doesn't look the same quality as in the picture. Won't be ordering from again.

Absolutely shocking communication- still no order!!! - asked for refund - still nothing so opened case with PayPal!

Received a beautiful bed today my dog is very happy with the enclosed space the house offers he looks all comfy and it’s brought a smile to my face. Happy with the service product and my dogs reaction. Happy customer thankyou
