An absolutely exceptional experience from London to Dubai – highly recommend PetsPassport! ✈️🐾
I honestly cannot recommend PetsPassport highly enough. From the very beginning of the booking process through to the flight itself, the entire experience was exceptional.
A special mention has to go to Penny, who was absolutely fantastic. Her communication throughout was brilliant, and she made what could have been a very stressful process feel incredibly straightforward. She was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated and make sure everything was organised properly. Penny also arranged the veterinary appointments and helped coordinate all of the necessary paperwork, which took so much of the pressure off. Having someone so knowledgeable and reassuring managing all of those details made a huge difference.
And then there was the flight itself m, it was simply wonderful.
I have travelled with my dog before, and one of the biggest advantages of this service is the amount of space available on board. It genuinely felt spacious and comfortable, rather than like some other private jet options where dogs can feel packed in on top of one another. Having my dog sat right next to me throughout the flight was just amazing. I could relax knowing she was comfortable, settled and right there beside me rather than worrying about her travelling separately.
There were 32 dogs on the flight, but you honestly would never have known it. The atmosphere was incredibly calm, peaceful and relaxed. It was a very enjoyable flight and I will definitely be booking again as the amount of space and included paperwork were real advantage over other companies.
The cabin crew and pilot were also outstanding. They genuinely went above and beyond to make everyone — both humans and dogs — as comfortable as possible. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and there was such a lovely attitude towards the pets on board. You could tell that everyone involved genuinely cared about making the journey a positive experience.
For me, the biggest compliment I can give is that I actually enjoyed the flight. Travelling internationally with a dog can be stressful, with so many things to organise and so many worries about how they will cope. PetsPassport took away so much of that stress and made the journey feel easy, comfortable and genuinely enjoyable.
Being able to sit with my dog, have her beside me, and know she was safe and happy for the entire journey was priceless.
From Penny’s fantastic communication and organisation, to the veterinary and paperwork support, the incredibly spacious aircraft, the wonderful crew and pilot, and the calm atmosphere with 32 dogs on board — Luna and I lived the flight and are thankful for providing such a wonderful journey back to Dubai.
If you are considering flying private with your pet, I would 100% recommend PetsPassport. It is a completely different experience from the smaller, crowded jets and was so much more relaxing.
