Misplaced Order
The order I placed had not arrived after 2 weeks. I contacted Pets Plus about this and they were very surprised to hear that the order had not arrived. They immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent which I received in a matter of days.
I was very impressed with their customer service and how quickly the matter was sorted.
