Terrific experience!

Pet's Table is a well-oiled system, and more importantly, they offer food my dog loves! I am especially grateful they offer the ability to mix and match wet and dry food. Elsie loves them both and is excited to eat again.

Shipping and communication have been terrific. Highly recommend giving them a try.

The quality of the products and the punctuality of the deliveries.

Very good customer service. Great presentation and my doggies love the food. I have two older Chihuahuas, very picky with the food, sensitive stomach etc. I have tried several things in order to vary their diet so they dont eat only dry food and nothing worked for their little bellies. Had absolutely no problem with Pets Table. Highly recommended.

My dog loves it

I love the easiness with which I can place or modify an order. My dog loves the food and besides happy, she looks healthy. My one issue with the service is that there are not specialized diets. For example, for dogs with specific health issues like propensity for bladder stones, elderly dogs, arthritis, puppies, etc. I would love to be able to have a session with a dietician who can recommend a particular recipe to help with specific health issues. Maybe this is an opportunity for a new line of service? Just a thought.

I have only good thing with the pet’s food. I would like to buy in a only ticket; meal of chicken, and meal of beef or different combination.

I really did not like that you increased the price without any warning and more than the inflation rate in Mexico.

You told me, if i paid early that morning, ill get,my pets food, i did, then i got a mesagge saying, i ll get the food in 6 days!!!
Until monday, why??

Since my dog has been eating Pet's Table food, I have noticed that his weight is balanced, he has lots of energy, and his stools are “perfect.” I am happy and want to trust that I am giving him the best food I can offer him. His food was already homemade, but perhaps not as balanced, and the cost was enormous. I had some problems with the second shipment. I wish you could do something to guarantee deliveries.

Great product, prices have increase but so far I still manage to pay for it

It's so good to my pets, healty and tasty

We have absolutely loved everything! Rufus is and looks very healthy and happy. His fur and overall aesthetic is amazing. He loves his meals, the shipping and delivery have always been great and punctual.

My son Leonardo used to eat with a spoon, I struggled with him and his stomach issues but now since we buy Pet's Table, my baby boy eats by himself, his hair is beautiful, feces are firm and no more belly pain.

The food itself has been great for my dog with allergies, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the customer service have been a completely different, and very frustrating experience.

It’s been close to a nightmare: one day, you speak to an agent who genuinely tries to help, and the next, you’re met with someone who seems to only know the word “no” and even suggests asking a neighbor for help (seriously?). On top of that, they’ve sent the wrong packages multiple times, despite me being extremely clear and detailed with my delivery instructions.

It’s been a mess, and honestly, it’s disappointing to deal with such inconsistency for a product that otherwise works so well, especially considering it’s not exactly cheap. At this price point, attention to detail and reliable service should be the minimum.

Good product and very good service

We loved the personalized attention to our dog’s needs, plus she loves the food and gets excited every time we serve it.
The prices also are affordable.

My Dog loves it!!! He literally jumps and dances when his food is served!!! He has the right weight now, and gets so happy when eating.
