Its defo good quality my cat turns her nose up at all the prefilled catnip toys, balls and anything else store bought. I usually got Fred's Farm organiv catnip until they closed but this must be high quality because shes loving her toys again with a fresh insertion of this into the zipped pockets on her toys.
