Total scam and ripoff artists. Site is advertised as "best pet tag site in the US", but tags actually ship from Switzerland (and the company I'm sure is based in China). Site claims you'll receive your order in "2-3 days", but actually took weeks. Tags aren't laser engraved, as the site claims, but cheaply printed, and the text is off-center. Quality of metal on the tags is lowest I've ever seen. When mine finally showed up, after almost 3 weeks, I threw it out and went to the pet store and made a real tag on their engraving machine, like I should have done in the first place. Avoid these scam artists and save your money!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I expected the dog tag to arrive within a week. Two weeks later they're responding to my inquiry about my order with pre-written generic emails telling me first that it was shipped, then to wait about one month. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The tag did eventually arrive, but was nothing more special than something I could have had done in the engraving machine in the entryway at Walmart, for less than I paid for this one. And the extra removable fastening hook--total WASTE OF MONEY. The hook is so small it wouldn't fit over the metal ring attached to my dog's collar. I had to force it on. The tag I purchased then got lost in less than one week. The super-cheap thin ring they included on the tag just fell off. All I had was that dang over-priced hook still hanging off my dog's collar. NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. It's obviously a company in Asia that's trying to imply they're in the U.S. RIP-OFF!!
