The door has changed my life and the one of my special need dog who needs t go out often. It works very well, and although installation is not trivial, it is more than worth it!

This is a great product & customer service is outstanding!
The only reason it’s gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because installation is quite complex, be prepared to spend quite a bit of time (or money) on the installation, and I work as a technician so would consider myself quite handy. However I will say plenty of help was on hand when it was needed, Customer Service was helpful through the process.
My other reason for not giving 5 stars is I’m not overly impressed with the App, it’s fine, but feels a little clunky at times, definitely not the best app interface I’ve used
Overall I am very happy with PetWalk, my kitchen is much warmer that it was with my old cat flap & my cat, once she got used to it, is also very happy with it
Even though they do not sell to us in the UK anymore. They were really quick to help send me replacement parts for my door I bought 5 years ago. Great service!
We have had our Petwalk for 9 years now and I would definitely purchase one again.
Any technical issues we have had with the door (which have been few and far between) Petwalk have been quick to respond and resolve the issue.

I can't praise PetWALK and Ecowin. Natalie in Austria has the patience of a saint while helping me to complete the installation. Amazing support. Lorraine in Scotland is the best communicator, and is generous beyond with her time and help in getting the right solution. On top of that the product is amazing. Within a very short time our 3 dogs have cottoned on and are using the door, enjoying their freedom, and we don't have to let them in and out every few minutes! Brilliant. Excellent. Amazing.
I live in Ireland. I have two Petwalk doors. A medium sized door that I bought in 2018 and large door in 2022. I have found the product to be of a very high standard and the customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend Petwalk products
Great product, although a nightmare to get parts on the UK now. I would have bought another door but can only get parts. Real shame as the product is great. Please get a UK partnership up and running!

Had some issues due to a faulty transformer, team was very helpful in sending the replacement parts and providing good instructions for self repair. Super quick response.

Customer service is excellent. Educational and helpful communication all around.
Doors were installed quickly. We had some problems, but solved them easily with the help of the sales/support team.
Quality looks amazing, our big dog is already using the door several times per day. Sometimes she still needs help, but it is getting better
I am writing this after 3 weeks of having the doors installed. Hopefully they will last long.
