My family and I are big fans of Peya's chai. We recently ordered more of their original chai, but unfortunately there was an issue with Royal Mail being unable to deliver the parcel. I emailed Peya and received a prompt reply from the founder.

They explained the issue in detail (Royal Mail had damaged the shipping label), the steps they were taking to resolve it (persistently contacting Royal Mail), and the backup option of sending out a replacement package if needed. Many other companies would have taken much longer to respond and probably wouldn't have gone to the same lengths to keep me informed and resolve the issue.

This experience has only reinforced why I keep coming back to Peya. Not only do they make fantastic chai, but their customer service genuinely goes above and beyond. That level of care makes it easy to keep supporting them, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Went to their textured floral art workshop, it was well-organised and a super fun experience. You also get to taste the different chai blends which are all fantastic.

The chai tastes great. Especially the Autumn chai, we had it iced and really liked it.

We ran into Peya at Duck Pond Market in Chiswick and picked up a tin of their autumn chai. Mr Peya is very knowledgeable and great fun to chat to. We learnt so much about the ritual of chai, and every tin comes with a little reminder card so you won’t forget the instructions.

The chai itself is so yummy and the ritual has added something special to our day. 🙂

A really innovative idea- and makes chai making so much more easier without taking away from the traditional taste! The blends are amazing! Especially the Saffron Chai!
The events are so much fun - I was there the Madhubani art workshop and met a lot of new people!

Wow. The chai here is so incredibly fragrant and flavorful! The owners went above and beyond, taking me through a tasting of their entire range so I could find my perfect match. I ended up falling in love with the saffron flavor - it is spectacular. Incredible products and even better hospitality. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Amazing Chai. Extremely good quality feels very natural and different to any that I have tasted before. Great for hosting parties and bringing something new to the table. Awesome caffeine free option as well. Tasted all the chives whilst doing their great Indian handicraft workshops which were very enjoyable.

Great quality products, my favorite is the cocoa rituals that has cocoa sourced from Peru. Its smooth and tasty!

Peya really stands out for making authentic tasting chai incredibly accessible. The Original Chai and Cardamom blends in particular stood out to me for their depth and balance. The rose blend was also a highlight, especially as a cold chai - refreshing, aromatic, and smoothly floral, adding a different dimension to the range without overpowering the base tea.

What works so well is the way it captures the essence of real chai while still saving time and effort in preparation. There is also a noticeable handcrafted quality to the blends, which adds to the premium feel. Nothing tastes overly artificial or generic. Instead, it feels considered and well-balanced, clearly respecting traditional chai.
