Beware that the Pfaltzgraff does not use proper proof of deliveries for their products. UPS drops off and says it’s delivered. No POD such as a photo or signature. Some of the pieces are expensive and should have proper shipping associated with them. I had an order sent to my daughter and it said delivered and they never got it. I contacted Pfaltzgraff and they repeatedly said it was delivered. Turns out UPS mis-delivered to another address but without a proper POD Pfaltzgraff will not look any farther into the issue.

I purchased the painted poppies dishware just under a year ago. The packaging was so poor that several dishes in several boxes were broken. They make you send a picture of each broken dish before they will do an exchange and then they wanted me to pay for shipping to them! I should’ve known both the product and the service has gone way downhill! But, then it gets worse! I put my “microwave-safe” coffee cup in the microwave to heat up my coffee and got a third-degree burn on my finger from the handle. Again the company needed a picture of both the mug and my finger and upon receiving that information, they proceeded to advise me to use an oven mitt to remove the dishware from the microwave and to heat things in 30 seconds increments. I don’t think I’ve heard a bigger line of bull. Then when you try to provide feedback on their website, they don’t show it unless it’s three stars are better. They also don’t allow you to upload pictures despite giving you an “upload” option.

I will never buy from Pfaltzgraff again!

Buyer beware as product is not safe but dangerous!

Recently purchased a dinner set from Pfaltzgraff, and it is truly impressive! Each piece is not only beautiful but also exemplifies the high quality and craftsmanship Pfaltzgraff is known for. The aesthetic appeal and sturdy make of the items are outstanding. Additionally, the customer service at Pfaltzgraff is exceptional. After receiving a broken glass in another order, I contacted their customer service. They were incredibly kind and responsive, promptly sending a replacement set without any hassle. It’s refreshing to see a company that not only delivers excellent products but also backs them up with superb customer service.

Growing up my mom had a Pfaltzgraff collection for every season. When I got married she started building my Winterberry collection and I have been working on completing the set as well. I ordered deeper bowls (the ones that come with the set initially are soooo small) back on December 22, 2023. I figured it would take awhile because I ordered directly before a holiday which didn’t bother me. I reached out today because I still didn’t have the set and customer service was very quick to rectify the issue by giving me a refund, they ran out of stock. When they are back in stock I’ll be purchasing. I can’t wait to build more collections as the years go on. I LOVE this company. It’s become a family thing for us.

I wish I could rate this long beloved company with ZERO stars. What a lousy experience I have had with them. WOW. After 35+ years of being a Pfaltzgraff customer I am so disappointed in my last purchase. I ordered over 150$ of Christmas/ holiday accessories for their Plymouth / Winterberry patterns. The items that were sent to me where such poor quality I wouldn't even rate them as seconds. They were that bad! I contacted customer service and their "NO HASSSEL" return policy doesn't seem to cover shoddy painting, miss coloring and crackled glazing. I can spend MORE money to ship it back at MY cost for a credit. I said why does your site list "No Hassel" returns when there arent refunds and the only return option is pay to ship a heavy box of dishes back at MY cost. I just wanted a refund and a shipping label to return terrible quality items. I bought these items as gifts and would be embarrassed to gift them. I can honestly find better painted and better quality items from the local Dollar Store. Their customer service has been so rude and nasty over this it is unreal. I posted a review on their site and they took it down. NICE way to do business. Lost me as a customer.
