Worst customer service ever!

I have multiple times ordered from pferdefuttershop.com without big issues. This time is certainly different.
1 out of 3 parcels never got delivered to me, since the postal service returned it to pferdefuttershop, because it got damaged during transport.
Since then it has been a complete nightmare to get my money back for the products I have not received.
Apparently this company finds it okay to lie to their customers... This particular parcel was containing a 25kg sack + 3 cans of 750g. The company claims that they received the sack and 1 can - which could easily be true, since the tracking says that the postal service has returned the parcel due to damage. I have send all documentation for this...
But pferdefuttershop only wants to refund me for the products they received back - so the sack and 1 can. So they do not want to return the last 41,80 EUR that I paid for the last 2 cans... They keep claiming that all cans where delivered in parcel no. 2, which it was not! And they want me to explain why 1 can was in the returned parcel (the damaged one)... Well, since I never received it, it cannot be something I did!
I do not tolerate lies, and fraud like this... It is the absolute worst og most rude customer service (or lack of same) that I have ever experienced...
I will not recommend this company to anyone...
Also - when a company choose to ship abroad they must accept that not all people from other countries knows their language!! I have written in English and received response in german - then all of a sudden I got told to write in german... Which I can't - so I used Google Translate for the rest of the time. Apparantly customers are not "important" enough for them to use Google Translate either..
