PGN designed and installed our kitchen and a utility room for us 3 months ago. From the minute we walked through the door of the showroom, to when Jason the fitter left, it was nothing short of brilliant. I usually think reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt, but reading others, it’s a true reflection. Yes, a few niggles along the way, but the way they were resolved without a fuss really made the experience a pleasure. Little personal touches, like supplying us with a temporary electric stove, made all the difference and took away the inevitable hassle of a major upheaval. The design process was sensible, thorough and calm, and Phil took the time to find out what was important to us rather than trying to sell us things we didn’t need. Jason the fitter – well – what more to say?! What a legend and a pleasure to have in the house, he became one of the family. Definitely agree with a review that says they’re personally invested in every project they do.

Outstanding in every way. From our first visit to the showroom right the way through to the last day of the job, PGN have been absolutely brilliant.

There are so many things that put them above and beyond the major chains, right at the top of that list is the passion they have to do an absolutely great job.

It has always felt like they were totally invested, not just doing another job in many thousands of jobs before moving on to the next one.

There’s probably no bigger compliment I can pay than this, from the whole experience you would never have known they had other customers, because it felt like we were their sole focus.

Phil - who runs the operation, did an amazing job at designing the kitchen with us, it took far less time than our previous experience with one of the big national companies, and yet it was a far better process. Nothing was too much trouble, and the quality of the products is superb too.

Jason - our fitter - three things stand out. Firstly he’s brilliant at his job, which is obviously very important! Secondly, his desire to make everything just right is incredible, we’d have a thought about something small like the inside of the cupboard under the sink, we’d mention it in passing and an hour later he’d installed a lovely shelf and removable cover to make it look fantastic.

And thirdly, and this is also true of Phil, when you’re having work done over a number of weeks you want the people who are spending so much time with you to be nice, considerate and a pleasure to have around the place. Phil and Jason are all of those things, they both realise that they are in your home and they put so much thought into taking the stress out of having work done.

All in all, fantastic all the way through. If you’re considering them, just do it!

From start to finish Phil and his team were brilliant. He took our ideas and brought them to life. The quality of the finish is amazing and I can thoroughly recommend PGN. Don't waste your time bothering to look anywhere else!

PGN kitchens have recently installed our new kitchen. Their attention to detail at the planning stage was excellent and the pre installation site visit was extremely useful as it identified problems we hadn't been aware of. Communication was excellent and we were happy to go away while the kitchen was fitted knowing Phil and Jason in charge, I was impressed with Phil's detailed plans and updates and his suggestions about my ideas could be improved and Jason's meticulous fitting. When a couple of unpredictable issues did occur Jason was able to find a solution including building from scratch a new extractor unit. I would not hesitate to recommend them as the finished result is excellent

Fabulous. Called into this shop on spec one Saturday afternoon. We were impressed right from the outset with the advice and professionalism afforded to us. Consequently we agreed for a visit to our house the following week and was not disappointed in the options/quote(s) and visuals provided, so much so that we decided almost immediately to go ahead with the work - ie a new kitchen. One of the best decisions we have made. They did not disappoint and the workmanship was second to none - needless to say we are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. 5* in our book .

Excellent from start to finish.
I am so pleased I contacted Phil at PGN Kitchens to design my beautiful new kitchen. He was very patient with me and gave lots of advice during the planning stage, making requested changes promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The price was very good and the quality of the kitchen is way above the big companies out there. I was never made to feel under any pressure to buy and this was very reassuring as one of the other companies I visited where very aggressive with their process.
Installation was carried out by Mike and was finished to a very high standard. He took care everything including electrical work ,plastering and flooring.Mike was friendly , punctual and very tidy.
Phil made several visits to site during the installation and loaned us temporary cooking equipment for the duration that I thought was a very nice touch.

STUNNING. Having a new kitchen is something that needs to work for you and with huge decisions to be made and with PGN Kitchens and Phil's knowledge and expertise of being in the kitchen industry for many years is just the place to go. I cannot compliment them enough for their design, workmanship and fitting. From my first visit they have provided a very personal approach - individually to guide you to get the most and the 'bestest' kitchen for you.
Throughout the construction of our extension both Phil (the owner) and Jason, our fitter were always on hand and did many site visits to ensure wall sizes were correct and electrics were in place to accommodate the appliances. A design from a plan is grand but an actual build can slightly differ and this was a priority to PGN to ensure the smooth fit of the kitchen. When it came to the fitting OMG Jason went far beyond with such attention to detail, he is a perfectionist and listens to how you will want to work in your kitchen and gives superb ideas; this is certainly not a sales gimmick or trick for you to spend more money!!
It was like having a personal shopper.
Lighting was part of our design but then to compliment the end panels of the tall units Jason suggested an option for more and a further strip was put in. This just made it a whole new level and completed the amazing finish.
During our construction the steel beam overhead 'juts' out. This was not a problem for Jason. With such intracacy he cut the pelmet so its a complete fit and looks great.
From my initial visit to PGN to the end I am so pleased. Their units are good quality, competitive price. No sales gimmicks, certainly not pushy and their aim is for customer satisfaction. That is certainly me I am so thankful to both Phil and Jason for such an outstanding kitchen I have.
Overall I would no hesitate in recommending PGN. If you looking for a new kitchen a visit here is a must!

What a real gem of a kitchen company PGN Kitchens really are. After many months of searching for a kitchen we came across PGN Kitchens (only wish we'd have found them earlier).

Phil, from design stage through to installation/completion was on hand to offer expert advice and tailor  to our bespoke needs, nothing was too much trouble.

Many site visits also took place ensuring we were happy (which of course we are, we could not be happier).

Jason, well what can I say. From the technical visit through to installation and beyond; Jason is a perfectionist, he has overdelivered on what we asked for. Jason's advice has been invaluable, taking over the electrical work when our original contractor let us down. Jason oversaw the countertops and flooring being fitted to make sure they were delivering to his high standard.

We cannot commend Jason enough, he truly has to be the best in the business, we're just sorry we don't have another kitchen to install.

PGN are comparable in cost to other kitchen companies and the quality of the products is of a very high standard too.

The team at PGN did an excellent job. Phil took us through the design process in a relaxed and professional manner, offering great ideas and insights - backing these up with images to help us make the right decisions.

His practical experience of both design and installation was incredibly helpful in deciding what would work in achieving the opulent look we were aiming for. During the ordering phase, Phil remained responsive to queries and kept us fully up-to-date on progress.

As the installation phase started, we were introduced to Jason who was incredibly professional and very clearly took pride in his work, not only delivering outstanding finish but clearing up every day so that we could still use the kitchen space.

They supplied us with an air fryer for the period that our oven was unavailable as well as an electric hob - these being small touches that made a big difference given their understanding of the disruption that results from a kitchen build.

Jason took on plumbing, electrics, lighting, cabinetry, plastering, tiling, flooring etc. and did a really quality job of all of the above. This made all the difference to us given other kitchen companies were telling us we would have to independently source materials and contractors to undertake certain parts of the job.

We would unreservedly recommend PGN for their undeniable quest to leave their customers feeling satisfied.

There was plenty of time for humour along the way and we are delighted with the kitchen itself… A real wow factor for our home, especially given the use of advanced LED lighting at multiple layers/levels in the kitchen.
