Bait and Switch Timeshare Package

I purchased a timeshare tour package from this company based on very specific representations made by their sales staff, 3 FAM trips (3 night 4 day domestic, 4 night 5 day "international") and 1 Worldwide 7 night 8 day for 500$. After payment, I discovered multiple discrepancies that significantly altered the value and usability of the package.

1) I explicitly asked if there were any mandatory wait periods between vacations or if I could use them back-to-back. I was told there was no wait period, and I could "for example, use a 5-day stay in Vallarta followed by a 5-day stay in Punta Cana". After purchase, I was informed there is a mandatory 6-month wait between FAM trips, 3/4 of the trips.

2) I asked if there were any additional costs for the all-inclusive stays (booking fees, taxes, tips, etc.). I was told there was only a $15–$29/night per adult fee (up to 2 adults) and $99/day for any additional adults (which is what their terms/conditions say). After purchase, I was told there is a $330–$450 fee per room for "taxes and tips", NOT listed in their T&C.

3) I was told the package included stays at luxury resorts, specifically "Sandals, Dreams, and Secrets resorts". After purchase, I was informed that none of these resorts are included and never have been.

4) I was referred to their FAM trip site for available locations. I selected Loreto, MX. When I attempted to book, I was told Loreto is unavailable. It's still listed on the website weeks later.

I emailed the company for clarification and essentially told, too bad. I called and was told a manager would review the call recordings and get back to me that day. 3 days later, no response. I called again and spoke to Angie, who dismissed my concerns and refused to acknowledge any misleading behavior. When I challenged the honesty of the sales process, she abruptly suggested a refund instead of addressing it.

This company operates through misrepresentation and bait-and-switch tactics.
