We used PGS360 as our third-party…

We used PGS360 as our third-party logistics (3PL) provider for Adwoa Beauty. Our experience was deeply damaging to our business.

After a billing dispute arose, PGS360 unilaterally cut off our ability to ship outbound orders on an invoice for $2500 that was 9 days past due, without resolution efforts, for months. This directly halted our revenue operations and forced us into crisis mode.

When a U.S. Bankruptcy Court issued a Turnover Order (November 26, 2025) directing PGS360 to immediately release all of our inventory, they delayed compliance for weeks. This prevented us from fulfilling time-sensitive Sephora purchase orders due December 12, costing us critical retail relationships and revenue.

During this process, the CEO, Mike Katyal, sent written communications that were insulting and unprofessional, including calling us a "sham" and using the phrase "modern day slavery" (to a Black woman) to characterize their experience working with us. These remarks were sent to multiple parties including our legal counsel.

When inventory was finally released across six truck loads, we received it in damaged condition, and the packing slips did not match the actual contents of the shipments. Customer returns that were received at their facility were also never included in the returned inventory. They also held onto to several packaging and finished goods inventory that we cannot get back.

As of February 2026, follow-up requests about missing inventory went unanswered.

I share this review to protect other small businesses from going through what we experienced.

worst company ever. proceed with caution

If you are a business seeking 3PL or freight support, proceed with extreme caution.

PGS360’s contract includes a personal guarantee, which is highly unusual in this category and something businesses should review carefully and negotiate out before engaging. In my experience working with multiple 3PLs over the years, I have never encountered contract terms or operating procedures like this.

Operationally, the logistics process is rigid to the point of dysfunction. Communication is transactional and often hostile when issues arise, with little effort toward problem-solving or partnership. Any deviation from their policies—regardless of practicality—results in delays or refusals.

Their freight pickup requirements are especially burdensome. Drivers must present extensive documentation, and the warehouse photographs IDs, registrations, license plates, and verifies names against internal records before releasing freight. If any detail does not match exactly, the load is turned away, creating unnecessary risk, cost, and disruption for shippers.

Longevity aside, this is not a service-oriented operation. Businesses that value flexibility, clear communication, and reasonable logistics support should carefully evaluate alternatives before working with PGS360.
