It's been 4 months already but I still haven't received some of my orders. They are not even replying to my follow up emails. Waste of money! They are scammers!

I like the dresses very much. The quality are very good.

Its says it woven and not stretchy..but its the opposite...its some kind of lace...in the photo..its above the knee but i received a very long one....too long..below my knee..i am 5'4" in height... and when i compared in the photo and going through the details of the one i received...the cut is not exactly the one in the photo..hence it wasnt the cut I exactly want and i feel a bit disappointed. I wasnt able to return it since i message their fb messenger asking queries about the return but to no avail. Though i got the same fabric design as the picture. Will have to spend another money to have it aktered and cut the extra design to attain the length i desire.

All my orders arrived correctly. Exceeded my expectations because the items I ordered came in good, design and quality wise.
Delivery arrived earlier than expected.

I love the style and fabric of the clothes that I purchased from you. Its si comfortable. Downside though is the shipping, it takes forever to wait without any update. You would have to initiate the FF up regarding the whereabouts of your order. If this is improved, you will definitely go BIG. Keep improving☺☺.

the materials i've ordered is so thin, i was so shocked when I saw it, that was not I expected based on the picture you've shown to me.

I placed an order for two blouses last February 27. The cost, including shipping was 1074.70. More than 2 weeks later, what arrived was only 1 blouse at 668.00. There was no notice at all that only 1 blouse will be shipped. The quality of the cloth was so poor, I felt disheartened. The material is so thin and loose that you cannot wear it without an undershirt because the thinness makes it see-through. It wasn't worth its price. Then on the 3rd week of March, I received an email that the 2nd blouse is shipped. So now, I will be paying for another shipping fee? I won't be receiving the product if the total cost of the 2 blouses will exceed 1074.70. Sorry, but you have such poor customer service. You don't even deserve a star. Plus the quality of your product is poor, it deserves only 1 star. I am not ordering again and I will discourage my friends and acquaintances from ordering from your shop.
