good services for hosting domain on this. uptime is very good. little problem with wordpress.

I have been charged for Cpanel usage for over a year, and my Cpanel license has not been renewed.
Even if I contact them via support ticket, it is closed and nothing happens.
If you use Cpanel, please be careful.
This is a scam.

Very slow support communication. They answer for 2-5 days which is highly inconvenient for clients which have issues needed to be handled faster.

DO NOT BUY phanes cloud, I Paid by Alipay, but still shows not paid, no support response, I paid it but get nothing. they are scammer!

I placed an order for their Shared Hosting - Startup plan on July 2, 2025. I paid and immediately received a payment confirmation.

But now it’s July 7 — 5 full days later — and the order is still marked as pending. I haven’t received any hosting access, and my support ticket has been completely ignored.

No service, no explanation, no response. This is not acceptable for any hosting provider. I’m now preparing a chargeback and sharing this experience to warn others.

If you want peace of mind, avoid this provider.

Without my permission, they changed their IP address without authorization, and even failed to reply to messages for 15 consecutive days without solving the issue.

it s now one week, that i have paid for my domain name, and they still havent renew it. they dont reply to any of our emails. we send them ticket every day.

None of our email has been responded yet, and it s already one week!

The worst ever support ive seen in my life.

I’ve been a customer of Phanes Cloud for four years and, for the most part, everything went well. However, last year something truly bizarre happened when my entire website disappeared. Luckily, I had backups. Support didn’t take any responsibility, so I assumed it was just a rare incident.

This year, the same thing happened again, but this time my site and cPanel were riddled with PHP errors that only the hosting provider can fix.

I opened a support ticket and waited almost a week with no reply. The only response came on a Sunday morning from someone named Quinn, who tried to upsell me a service I already pay more than €200 per year for. Frankly, that was unacceptable.

I opened another support ticket, and still nothing. I’m extremely disappointed with Phanes Cloud. It seems I’ve outgrown their platform and service quality. Time to move on and take my business elsewhere.

I am not able to see nameservers also needs to improve your site suppose if I want to use your hosting I am not able to add name servers so I can activate my domain

Stay away from Phanes.cloud, it's the same owner (Sijmen Klaas Bakker) as SKB Enterprise B.V who scammed dozens of people & sold us failing servers (& don't want to refund)

I have been a customer of theirs for a long time and honestly the service is great, strong, continuous and worth it. I advise everyone to join them.

A company that has not responded to any requests for suspension following the dissemination of phishing sites by its customers. As a result, this company is complicit in fraudulent activities and has not been prosecuted for the time being. I hope that the Dutch authorities will soon look into the case of this host enabling fraudulent acts.

More disk space could be better but they gived good stuff to start anything.
i would prefer using it but mail system have some problems.
