Even when there was a minor blip when they re-launched their website, they reacted quickly to fix the issues.

I've left a few reviews for this pharmacy. Their service is reliable, fast and so easy to use. Plus someone on the end of a phone if you have any problems. Wonderful wish all internet companies where run like this.

Though the competitive pricing is what initially got me through the door so to speak— with new discounts and sales having propped up with other online companies since then — I can confidently say the reason I stay, is the quality of the customer service.

Having tried 2 other online pharmacies for Mounjaro, some cheaper, others grossly more expensive to seemingly no benefit other than to fund their marketing budget… With Pharmacy Express, I don’t feel like a number on a screen, nor like another wallet that needs raiding multiple times a month without my consent — perhaps due to its smaller nature, whenever I’ve interacted with Pharmacy Express, I’ve felt that there was a human on the other side of the screen, who genuinely cared for my weight loss journey.

Discovered Pharmacy Express after being mucked around by Med Express, and very glad I did. Far more personable and much more pleasant to deal with a human at the end of the line than a corporate giant. Have already recommended them to a few other people.
