Prescription deliveries not possible despite advertising and prior confirmation

I was looking for a new pharmacy that would be able to deliver or send our monthly family medicines, worth over €200. I came across PharmacyAnseo.ie and Jessica from PharmacyAnseo.ie confirmed to me yesterday that they were able to do the monthly delivery for a charge of €6.00.
After asking our doctor to send the new prescriptions to the pharmacy, which was done today, I rang the pharmacy to ask if the prescriptions had been received. This was confirmed by the owner of PharmacyAnseo.ie who then informed me that it is not possible to deliver prescriptions, even though it is clearly stated on the PharmacyAnseo.ie website.

This is totally confusing and I don't understand these falsifying advertisements of free prescription deliveries on their website and confirmation by staff.

Hi.

As already explained to the customer, the pharmacy cannot send prescription items any more due to regulations and courier issues.

We tried to explain this to the customer, and offered to find a local pharmacy for them.
