I ordered almost 300€ worth of skincare, but one of the products arrived with an open box, the seal broken, and the container half empty. I sent emails with photo and video proof, but got no reply. Very disappointing. I expected much better.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE – THEY SELL EXPIRED BABY PRODUCTS!
This store is beyond irresponsible—it’s dangerous. I ordered a baby product and received an expired one. That alone is unacceptable, but when I requested a replacement, they made me wait 2.5 weeks only to send me another expired product!
Selling expired baby products is not just bad business—it’s a serious health hazard. They are knowingly putting babies at risk by selling unsafe products. And instead of fixing their mistake, they are now ignoring my refund request.
This is not just terrible service; it’s outright negligence. A store that sells expired baby products, ignores complaints, and refuses to take responsibility should not be in business. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Don’t risk your child’s safety—shop somewhere reputable instead!
Edit: I got a refund for this product in the end.

Its been 1 weeks and still there is no products
I created an order because I saw the information that it would be delivered in 1-2 work days before I created the order. Its been 1 weeks and still haven’t received them. I contacted customer service but they told me that they have a problem with delivery… tomorrow I will leave from country for a while and I have no idea what will happen… thats really disappointing for thats such a big company

NOT a customer-centric company
I tried to buy D cure 25000, 12 ampules, The price on the website shows €9.79, however when I add to the cart price gets changed to €12,59.
I informed customer service, who stated there was an error and and not offering price which all competitors were offering and stated no problem buy from them. Is this really a customer-centric approach?
