Scammers. Do not reply to emails. Do not refund money when repeatedly requested.

I've used this company for years and have always been happy with the service and products.

This company used to be very good and communicated well but sadly this is no longer the case. They sent the wrong items plus they added on an extra PayPal fee of 20% amounting to $43.60. PayPal say they charge a maximum of 3.9%!! I have politely emailed them three times but no response. Not sure if the company has changed management but I will not be recommending them to anyone else.

I placed an order in August and paid extra for the US to US order since it's supposed to arrive "days" after ordering. The product did actually arrive. The validity of that product was immediately questionable since 90 pills were all crushed in half or smaller. They looked and felt like pieces of chalk. They had jagged edges and didn't dissolve like they should have. Nonetheless, I tried 6 pills out of the "90." Again, no way to tell the actual amount of my order since every single pill was smashed. I'm not sure what they were made of, but it wasn't product. Imagine wasting $508, on sugar pills. I of course didn't expect a response, but I did get a response immediately after notifying the company. I let them know what the supplier had done and they offered to ship European product. It has been a month since being offered that. I cannot get a reply back, confirming an order would be sent. I have been swindled out of $508.00 and good faith.

Edit: I reached out via email a few more times stated that my bank authorized me to notify the FBI and that I didn't want to. I did get a very apologetic email that they hadn't forgotten about me. They tried to reshipped from EU to US but had some trouble and was still trying to rectify the situation. I've been told by the company I would be reshipped product at some point. So far so good! From 1 star to 4 because she said the shipper takes forever.

There is nowhere to create an account with username and password but they ask for that initially.

100% the real deal!! The product is real and so is the organization. I ran into a bit of a hiccup when my credit card company asked me to verify the purchase (simply because it was overseas). I reached out to Sarah and she not only addressed the issue, I got my order in 13 days AND she made an adjustment to my order to compensate me for the delay. This has been a lifesaver for me and my sleep wellness. Thank you Sarah!

i was at first a bit hesitated to buy from pharmaoffshore as there are so many fake sites
but now i been buying more and more and i am from Australia,the products are genuine and the price is very fair and at some stage i needed refund and they happily offered me
i am very pleased and will continue purchase from them and i recommend them for everyone looking for genuine and great prices

Customer service is non existent. 3 open support tickets, multiple emails, absolutely no response , no status updates on site.

Good result but expect 21-45 day delivery.
The 45 day delivery was due to there labeling address was UK when I live in US and they have shipped to my US address previously.

Orders have been short, but they fixed that.

Now order is 45 days late and I get a Letter from US Customs that order has been seized.

No reply from PharmaOffshore.
Their emails and website reply bounce back.

Great company. Orders are always complete and shipping is prompt. No waiting a month for delivery.

Amazing service, delivery on time and good prices

I have used this company on and off for years and they are always super efficient and very helpful, speedy delivery and genuine products. I regret not writing a review sooner as this review is 2023 but I used them the last time in 2022.

Products are genuine and arrive quickly.
