Did Not Receive My Order or Refund

I placed an order on August 30th for 7 tubes of Namman Muay 100g Cream (Order No.: #595438, Date: 30/08/2024). I have reached out several times to inquire about the delay and was informed that the order was stuck in customs. I was then offered a substitute product, which I declined as I specifically required the Namman Muay cream.

Since I needed the product before October 20th, I requested a full refund of €72.92. However, I have not yet received any response or refund.

Be careful, a lot of hidden fees!

Be careful! A lot of hidden fees!
I have to pay an import fee at the post office to pick up my package. If I don’t pay the fee, the package will be returned and I have to pay a shipment fee that is much higher than the original shipment fee and another money transfer fee.
The customer service is very disappointing!
I don’t recommend to order from this shop!

Very dishonest company with very rude…

Very dishonest company with very rude customer service. My product wasn’t delivered after 2 months of inquiring. I explained my product hadn’t been delivered even after 2 months and they very rudely said that it had and they weren’t giving me free products.
What sort of company doesn’t even listen to their customers. They didn’t even try to help solve the problem. Honestly worst customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to make any purchase from this website.
Do not make the same mistake I did.

English: Dishonest customer who thinks he can take advantage of the fact that the delivery was "without online tracking" (low order of 12.90€) to claim that it has not been delivered, this 'customer' did not understand that the Sender and Recipient postal services can track these packages until delivery.
Thailand Post confirms us the delivery but this person declares the opposite and wants us to send him another package without complaint or complaint to the postal service of his region. Classic dishonest attitude that does not work with us.

Français : Client malhonnête qui pense pouvoir profiter du fait que la livraison était "sans suivi en ligne" (faible commande de 12.90€) pour prétendre qu'il n'a pas été livré, ce genre de personnage n'ont pas compris que les services postaux Expéditeur et Destinataire peuvent suivre ces paquets.
Thailand Post nous confirme la livraison mais cette personne déclare le contraire et souhaite que nous lui envoyions un autre colis sans plainte ni réclamation auprès du service postal de sa région.
