Did Not Receive My Order or Refund

I placed an order on August 30th for 7 tubes of Namman Muay 100g Cream (Order No.: #595438, Date: 30/08/2024). I have reached out several times to inquire about the delay and was informed that the order was stuck in customs. I was then offered a substitute product, which I declined as I specifically required the Namman Muay cream.

Since I needed the product before October 20th, I requested a full refund of €72.92. However, I have not yet received any response or refund.

Be careful, a lot of hidden fees!

Be careful! A lot of hidden fees!
I have to pay an import fee at the post office to pick up my package. If I don’t pay the fee, the package will be returned and I have to pay a shipment fee that is much higher than the original shipment fee and another money transfer fee.
The customer service is very disappointing!
I don’t recommend to order from this shop!

Very dishonest company with very rude…

Very dishonest company with very rude customer service. My product wasn’t delivered after 2 months of inquiring. I explained my product hadn’t been delivered even after 2 months and they very rudely said that it had and they weren’t giving me free products.
What sort of company doesn’t even listen to their customers. They didn’t even try to help solve the problem. Honestly worst customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to make any purchase from this website.
Do not make the same mistake I did.
