DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE.

I ordered some clothing on December 3rd. On December 16th I asked where the item was. Then I was told it was out of stock on December 17th. This was a Christmas gift. I would never trust them again. AND, they never admit any wrongdoing AND never apologize.
Cross them off your list. They are not worth your time or efforts.

Great assortment. Wide variety of products. Great service!

First, the delivery of the items was delayed, which makes the items no longer needed. Not the fault of the company, but the way the handled the whole case was horrible.

I requested for the cancellation of the delivery but they failed to do so. Not reachable by email or phone. In the end, they answered my email after 1 month saying it's not possible to return the items.

Do not order from them!! They delivered me the wrong product and when asking for the delivery of the correct one they demand me to drive to a relay point to drop off the wrong product before they can ship the right one. I specifically paid for home delivery because i don't have time to drive to a relay point. It was after all their mistake not mine! This was almost a month ago. Now i'm not even getting any replies nor an answer to my refund request. Amazingly bad customer service! Do not order from them!

I placed order on May 01, after 2 weeks I didn't get my goods. I called many times in between, the answer is they can not find my home, after re-confirm my address which is the same address as in their system, the order is still not delivered? (btw, I am living 500 meters away from city center.)

So I canceled the order to ask for refund on May 12. Till today Jul 25, I didn't see the refund. I called many times, the answer is "your case is in proceeding with accountant". Anyway after more than 2 months proceeding with their accountant, I still didn't get my money back!

This webshop should be investigated before they cheat more people!

I had ordered some items from this company. They had missed to send one thing and sent me 4 wrong ones. I had got refund for the missed item but they would not send the right items, unless I return their stuff. They did nothing to fetch it, I had to manage everything. After delivery of their wrong items they just ignored me for 10 days and neither sent my right items or returned my money. They first acted when I threatened to file them to the police. The whole business took me about 20 phone calls in 40 days. Finally they returned money for the wrong items. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Not only does the parcel arrive much later than what they promise, to get an article reimbursed - because contrary to what they said on the website it was not available - you have to beg for the reimbursement.

This is a real shame because their prices are good. Very annoying.
