I had prostate cancer they said no raising of testosterone your product is natrall but it saids it maintains testosterone im only using one pill for sex wanted to find out if it is safe called up and then said on the recording jus goodbye can someone let me know if it safe to take a gummy

they’ve been terrific in the past but my current order has been in the dispensing stage for almost a full week and they’re not picking up the phone or responding to emails

To pharmxtra, multiple emails sent reference my delivery which ultimately was missed as you block all other options to accept of alter delivery time or place. So returned, I have had to reorder and pay again as you haven't responded to a single message in over a week. I'm asking for the initial order to be refunded. Efficient service, but terrible aftercare if required.

Brought a product spray to help with sex avoid it stringed and felt like it was burning very painful and never worked I’ve opened a case with PayPal not as described very dissatisfied
Update tried for a refund and they won’t refund even though one of them wasn’t opened

I ordered a product from this company but they sent the wrong product. I contacted them on the day it arrived and they acknowledged their error. I requested a refund as I am legally entitled to do but they refused my request and now they just ignore my emails. So as I said AVOID

Non-delivery - they shipped with DPD and the parcel has been recalled back to them.

It has been well over a week and they don't respond to emails.

A week and a half ago I bought something on line , paid my money but nothing g has been delivered.

Very easy transaction. Meds arrived with no problems, within about 48hours after ordering.

Only removed star because paying for next day won’t guarantee delivery the next day. The prescription has to be approved by the pharmacist after ordering which can take some time.

In fairness, this is explained on the website, but I didn’t know this when placing my order and the next day delivery option can be a bit misleading.

Other than that, very happy and will order again in the future if I am stuck for meds.

Wish I’d read the reviews on this site before using. Cancelled order shortly after placing order. 4 days later and no response from company in reference to my multiple refund requests - very shabby

Correspondence is terrible. I’ve been waiting for my order for days and I try and call the number on your site and it’s never working and I’ve emailed you about my order and not had any reply. DPD have been waiting for days for my parcel. Still no update 😞 please help me 🙏

UPDATE - I did hear from them. I apologise. I never seen the message. It did still take them a while and I am still worried my package won’t arrive but if it does, I would give them the 5 star review for making sure I got my package.

Update: You will have had my order there because it was delivered today. It still took a lengthy time to deliver and correspondence still took longer than it should take. Pleased with my package though, so would give a 4 star now. You should try and respond quicker to your customers though. It’s the lack of correspondence when I’m waiting 2 weeks for a parcel, that makes me worry more than anything and yodel are awful to deal with to and they make matters worse and lose your customers parcels and all that time and money gets wasted.

You sent the wrong product

I placed an order and after many weeks they told me they delivered but I didn't receive it. They give me tracking numbers which are not recognised so I told them after 2 months I want a refund but to no avail. I have contacted my bank and they are trying to get me a refund. Scammers with empty promises

I wish I did a research on this company. I ordered a item and it's not the same , on that site people gives wrong reviews. I emailed them twice but didn't get no reply how bad is that . I even sent them a text message still no reply. this company seems a scam to me . I wanna return my item back but still they have got back to me .

I made a purchase on Thursday 21st I paid for next day delivery before bank holiday and still no parcel while it completed on the same day' I emailed 5 times no reply until last night I gave them my order number and dpd are still waiting for my parcel what a joke 😡

I am writing this after coming back from holiday, in following to my last complaint i made over here for their negligence. However, i felt it is also important to be honest that they did their best lately , unfortunately, it was too late and i was not able to receive the parcel for my friend before i left.Neverthe less, their customer service did their best to keep updating about the delivery information. It had been too late but better late than never. I am here to follow up my previous complain and perhaps it may help others to see the possible situation and for Pharmaxtra to be sensitive on their service ahead.

Awful awful company, a complete scam.
I ordered painkillers and paid for next day delivery. This was a week ago and they are still at the companies address which is Dubai not Stevenage. They have ignored every message. My bank are trying to refund my money. Please don't make the same mistake as I did purchasing from these numpty's.

They replied saying reach out to use....no such email!!

This company is a scam! I Reported them to the police department for investigation!
First time it says to me they gonna give me tracking number and and the link, to be able to see my order progress!! and never happen . They never gonna do that and probably will say no you don't buy for us... but I'm 100% I buy for this company. I think all of you should report is online link on UK government! there you can make online report to the police department for investigation (online scamming ...)

I purchased vital force 3 pack bundle but I did not need it as I purchased and tried successfully another product so when it arrived I only opened the jiffy envelope and emailed the company to explain I did not need the product and would like to return it for a full refund as within their returns policy but they refused initially and then tried to persuade me to keep the product but with a 10% discount then offered a 20% discount but I said I don’t need it then they stopped acknowledging my emails and now they won’t respond and give me any return details like address etc not sure what to do but will take up with my solicitor, my advice don’t buy from this company absolutely worse customer service
