No medicine delivered difficult communications

We have not received notification of medicine being delivered in spite of an SMS from Pharmazone saying it was being dispensed. It's impossible to find out what's going on with order because Pharmazone don't answer the phone, and have not responded to an email. The medicine is urgent. A complaint is being made to the clinic who partnered with this firm for poor communications.

We note you have provided a review online and would like to explain the timelines and our efforts towards ensuring you received your medication on time. Unfortunately, on this occasion it appears that there was indeed a delay in the delivery due to an unsuccessful attempt on the weekend. However, this doesn't account for the number of days you say you went without medication. Hence, it would appear that you were without medication for a number of days before your prescription made its way to us, that needs to be discussed with your clinic team.

Your payment was made after our daily cut-off time, so your medication was dispatched the following day with Royal Mail. Delivery was attempted on the Saturday but was unsuccessful, hence the medication was delivered on the following Monday.

I apologise that your medication was delivered late. Our service aims to provide next-day delivery, and we have fallen short of our promise. I can offer you a refund of the service fee.

I await your confirmation so we can process your refund.

Constant delays, poor communication

My prescription has been filled and medication delivered through Pharmazon for the last 4 months. Every single time, it is a fight to receive a tracking number for my delivery (I never receive the promised tracking details through Royal Mail, and I never have these issues with other companies who use Royal Mail, so I have to assume the error is on Pharmazon's end). Every single time I have to phone multiple times and send multiple emails before receiving the tracking details, with the inevitable result of multiple days' delay in receiving meds. Considering the extortionate cost of using their service and the high mark-up rate on the medications, this is ridiculous. Prescriptions through the NHS are filled on the same day. I am going to be asking my medical practice to be using another pharmacy going forwards. I thought once or twice off were just errors - four times in a row just doesn't work.
