Amazing company. For many years, I have purchased Pharm Biotics energy drops! Good variety, reasonable rates, and exceptional customer service. Well-packaged and delivered quickly. I would really suggest it.
I have bought CBD oil for sleep one week ago with a next-day delivery option. It's already a week after and I haven't got the product. When tried to email the company I received the auto answer from Gmail saying: Your message to supportatpharmbiotics.com has been blocked. No one answered the chat provided on their website. There's no other way to contact them. Tracking the item delivery it states the item is in the depot from last Saturday with no changes for progression. I'm very disappointed with this service, and I don't think this company can be trusted.
Updated: After issues was resolved and I have tested the product of over the week my opinion is opposite than a first impression. Customer service was professional, second delivery came as fast as advertised and the product met the expectations. I would recommend it, Thank you!
