Hi, Recently I have purchased an item in pharmeasy.I have purchased stockings and tablets.Stocking which I received is very low quality and even the size doesn't fit for my mother's leg.The quality of the stockings are very worst.I called to customer care and I have register for return of the product.They have initiated the return on March 29th and I received the confirmation message as well.I got the executive number through that message.When I called to pick up executive person he didn't even listen my words and he straight away rejected my calls.I have raised a complaint about this issue and I requested the customer service executives to initiate pick up as soon as possible and I strictly mentioned I have flight on April 2nd ,I called to customer care service repeatedly and I requested them,every time they have registered the complaint but there is no solution for my issue.The cost of the product is 950rs and which I can't use even and I have to put it in the trash.The worst experience I faced with this pharmeasy company and I will never recommend this app for anyone.There is no proper and quick response for the customers who will register the complaints and faces the issue.Even I won't give 1 star rating for this app.

2. **Ineffectiveness of Customer Care Channels:** Despite the purported availability of customer care support through the app, the provided contact number fails to connect, leaving customers stranded without recourse for assistance. This blatant disregard for providing functional avenues for grievance resolution is unacceptable.
3. **Immediate Regret Over Membership Purchase:** Within a mere 48 hours of purchasing a PharmEasy membership, I am already regretting this decision due to the appalling service experience encountered. As a result, I hereby request the cancellation of my membership without delay.
4. **Failure to Communicate Delays:** Despite placing an order, I have been left waiting for two days without any communication regarding the status of delivery. It is unfathomable that PharmEasy cannot even fulfill the basic obligation of informing customers about delays or complications in the delivery process. They were supposed to deliver by 27th Jan 10PM. As of today CC team saying it may be deliver by 29th/30 Jan. Even after raising several complaints by mentioning urgency.

The price at the time of placing the order was £2000 on which the decision to purchase from Pharmeasy was made. Two hours later, they messaged saying I need to pay them 15% more.
The reasoning was they don't stock the meds and need to source based on the orders placed. Hence if they need to pay a higher price, the excess is charged to the customer.
This is like going to a pharmacy, buying some meds over the counter and receiving a call from them 2 hours later saying the price of the meds has changed and I owe them more.
Online shopping decisions are made on the basis of price show at the time of placing orders. If this changes 2 hours later, I as a customer feels cheated. No other online platforms change the order value once the payment has been made.

I placed an order on 8.5.23 and the delivery date was 10.5.23 between 2 pm and 7 pm. Till 6 pm, the order didn't reach home. So, I logged in the app and contacted the delivery guy (Muhammad Hussain) at 6.20 pm. I asked him will he be able to deliver the product before 7 pm. The person said, he was not aware of the location and blamed that the pharmeasy has given him a location which he was not familiar with. He said that the product can not be delivered today. Worst service by PharmEasy
Day-to-day providing worst service. Yesterday 28 April 2023, I ordered some medicine and they changed one of my ordered medicine without consulting with me.

Most of the time they are calling in the name of medicine verification and force to buy unnecessary medicines.
An apology for a Diagnostic laboratory
On April 6, 2023, I signed up for a Full Body Check up with PharmEasy.
Their collection agents came in the morning to my residence to draw blood samples. The package included Urine analysis. No urine sample was collected or submitted that day.
On the same day, I received the blood reports online and as an added bonus, I received the urine analysis as well.
I was flabbergasted at their generosity in providing me with a urine analysis. This is all the more amazing and astounding when no urine sample was collected or submitted.
It remains a matter of conjecture as to whose urine was passed off as mine.
It is evident that the labelling of blood and urine samples is haphazard.
A possible explanation is that the Lab technician realised that the Full Body package included blood and urine samples and took the collection agent to task who in a tizzy provided his own urine sample.
Another explanation can be some other urine sample from their stock was analysed and passed off as mine.
I shudder to think what if they had passed of the urine of a pregnant woman as mine.
The body of their report proudly touts :
1. 6 step quality control to
ensure 100 % report accuracy.
2. Report verified by doctor.
The question arises how could such a bungling blunder remain undetected during six consecutive steps?
Can the credibility of the doctor who verified the report be relied upon?
The reports submitted by PharmEasy are eyewash and not worth the paper they are printed on.
In the greater public interest, PharmEasy's licence to operate a Diagnostic laboratory needs to be cancelled.
The verifying doctor should be taken to task for affixing his signature on a document without verification
