I would like to leave a very positive review for your engineer Jack who did an in-home service for my Dyson upright cleaner and my hand held Dyson cleaner, both of which have had a lot of use.
Jack was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about Dyson products and explained everthing to me clearly and in an unhurried manner. He carried Dyson spares in his van and so was able to leave my two machines clean and shiny, and in full working order.
I was delighted with the service. Thank you Jack.

Great service from the Rep (Abdullah) who visited our Institution. Emailed us a quote the next and was super helpful on advising about our freezers and incubators. Quick delivery and exactly what we needed.

Ross Graham was superb start to finish - from first organising a very competitive quote to arranging delivery, answering all questions along the way and various visitors to site and finally accepting the delivery and making sure all items were fully operational before leaving. Would highly recommend Ross and his team.

Straight forward delivery, as we'd had good communication beforehand to advise on where to park onsite and any access restrictions.

The service engineer was very helpful and explained what the process would be. He told me how long the process would be prior to starting. This allowed us to modify certain elements of when work would be carried out due to a regulatory inspection occuring onsite at the same time. The expertise and professionalism of the engineer made the installation straight forward and helpful.

I found it really easy to get hold of our rep, Abdullah, who was incredibly helpful. He visited our lab to explain how a new incubator could fit, took me through the order and delivery process and sorted quotes for me really quickly. When it came to the delivery, it was super easy and the team were brilliant at installation and taking the old incubator away. Really happy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
