Tyler was great so friendly and respectful I trusted him and bought a new wand and signed up to a monthly subscription ..no hard sales at all I just trusted his opinion and what he said . Massive credit to the company

The engineer arrived earlier than booked which wasn’t a problem at all. He explained everything, did what was necessary and left my DC 25 looking as good as new. Very happy with the service, thank you.

Excellent service never give up on a Dyson mine started making a PEEWUUU noise like it wanted to go but thought I can’t be bothered we thought that’s it it’s buggered and bought a new Dyson V11 £400

Kept the old one just in case as all the tools fit
Must of said something in front of my phone and the good old Facebook algorithm kicked in and up popped an advert for PHC service and I thought 💭 I’ve still got the old Dyson in the shed
£45 quid for a call out and the lady on the phone said Tyler is going to come out and sort it out
08:00 Monday morning told the good lady she had an early start And I walked the dog then went to work came home from work to a virtually new Dyson V10 £200 quid bargain even signed up to the warranty plan for the V11 Tyler was great knowledgeable worked quickly and cleanly sign of someone who knows what they are doing

I have an old Dyson that works like new thanks to the thorough annual service from PHC.
Their engineers are very professional and the company keeps you informed of the appointment.

Ross came nice and early. He's a really nice guy. The part that he had to order came in very quickly and was fixed in a flash.

your comment is insulting you must have the wrong person who would do something so stupid use a vacuum cleaner to wash floors

John from PHC arrived bang on time at 8 in the morning, and was soon taking my Dyson V6 apart to make sure everything was both super clean and working properly.

He remembered his service visit to my place from 12 months ago, and it was nice to see and chat to a fellow petrol head again.

As usual, after about 30 minutes he’d finished the servicing, as well as replacing filters and checking my Dyson’s operating efficiency, and that was that for another 12 months.

And that’s why I’d recommend PHC to anyone with a vacuum cleaner.

Jack really friendly , clean tidy and knowledgable.

There was a delay in Tyler arriving; no fault of his own. I found a Tyler very friendly and informative and he did an excellent job in cleaning and servicing my Dyson.

Jon was very prompt for booked time. Knowledgeable about product. Friendly and polite. Cleaned up after himself. Fantastic service. Definitely recommend.

Tyler arrived on time. Worked in the front garden. Cleared up all the mess. Put my vacuum cleaner back in its charging pod.
Half hour later, having cleaned to vacuum cleaners, departed.

Your fitter Jack was so polite helpful if everyone in this world was like him it would be a better place to live he was Excellent thank you so much for service 👍
