I don't recommend getting a service…
I don't recommend getting a service from this tutoring company. I had an unfair experience with them. I have booked 5 Hours of tuition first. The tutor promised, during the matching process and during our first session, that he can help with the topic I am working on and he knows about it. This caused me to book 5 more hours so that I can learn the topic which I booked hours for, and not get distracted in between due to insufficient hours booked. After a few more hours with the tutor, I discovered that he is not an expert in the area I am learning and I also branched to a more specific topic than the general one during the booking time. The tutor tried to explain the topic but did not have answers to all of my questions and that was not the level I expected. It's OK, I accepted it is not his research field. I decided to stop and ask the management to change me to another tutor with justification. First, It took time to get their response. Then, I was surprised when they claimed that I have used all 10 Hours while I used only 3:30. I felt really bad because they lack honesty and no accountability for the money people get from their hard work, in order to learn from knowledgeable people. My experience is bad with the management and not good with the tutor.
