This company is without a doubt the…

This company is without a doubt the most useless private owned company you can ever imagine. Customer service is non existent, power distribution is abysmal. I can’t identify one positive aspect of their service. This company only exists because the government is fantastically corrupt.

PHED license should be revoked.

PHED license should be revoked for lack of capacity and fraudulent practices both in metering and charges.

There is no improvement on the asset of the old NEPA since the privatisation. Such an incompetent management can't offer anything

Worst electricity company in Nigeria

Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company is the worst electricity distribution company ever in Nigeria. Other distribution companies can fix their electrical fault in 24 hours. This company fakes faults (even in the midst of petrol scarcity) and takes weeks to fix one fault, coupled with their evil estimated bills and illegal disconnection of clients. They estimate bills on people without supplying electricity. Some parts of Port Harcourt has been in darkness for weeks now. I pray they continue until we can't take it anymore. They'll soon be sued and a huge #PHEDmustGo protest is already warming up in the background to drive them out of PH after the February Elections. They'll depart with Buhari.
