As the investigator for a large healtcare provider I needed the assistance of outside investigators. This was going to be a new experience for my organization as any contract work had been done by outside counsel. As a former Federal agent my first inclination was reach out to former collegues and friends. Due to the nature of the investigation I knew local knowledge was going to be invaluable and required a specific skill set. Phenix Investigations came highly recommended and had the technical capabilities to facilitae the mission. Once my goal and expectations were outlined, Phenix, through their network of affiliates, jump statrted the investigation. A great deal of intellegence was gathered prior to my arrival on site. From the beginning, Andrew Simpson, who was on the ground for Phenix, was extremely helpful. From our first meeting we were on the same page. Having been a surveillance team leader, I was extremely pleased with the things we were able to acomplish with the resources available. Together we mapped out how we were going to accomplish the task at hand. The
local personnel were outstanding and were able to accomplish exactly what needed to be done. There was never a time I felt my companies money was not being well spent. When the results of our efforts were presented to the company leadership they were very impressed and pleased. Our physical security staff were also very complimentry of Phenix's work and site apprasials, which negated the need for an in person inspection of a remote corporate facility. I would not hesitate to engage Phenix again as will other segments of our organization. You get waht you pay for.

I hired different companies and PHENIX provides written report which I really like.
Also , i like they have few phone calls throughout the process to update me with the progress and encourage me to provide any supporting information so that they can look into it more. The information they found has helped me greatly.

Very quick turnaround with thorough results. I appreciated the follow up phone conference following the report. Reviewing and discussing the report with the investigator was very helpful.

I am so pleased with the detective Katie on my case. She investigated everything thing possible and was truly excellent..She was able to find my ex boyfriend’s location and used various social media avenues to discover his location. The report generated provided very useful information, but certain details were left out (ie addresses for banks and investment accounts and dates for balances found). I also found that while our contact person was pleasant, she was inexperienced and unable to answer additional questions posed about the report.
Nevertheless, I would use the service again.

I was very please with my report and the depth of which it involved. Wish I could have obtain the passport information. but I understand the government hiding such information from the public eye. Just wish I knew if she enter the United States legally. YES I RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AND WILL USE AGAIN,
