2 pills a day is a good option. However, for my part there was not a real difference in my weight or my appetite.

So if you look at my purchase orders I've been ordering for sometime now and the family
I lost at least 30lbs in the 2yrs I have been taking them. I called customer service to let them know the new capsules are Absolutely not the same as the caplets. The caplets gave me endless energy and helped me to flush out my system. These new capsules , don't help me to use the bathroom and I have gained weight. I am doing the same exact thing . I happened to know this for a fact because I found and old bottle of the tablets and it worked . It gave me endless energy and It made me poop.
I am begging you to bring back the caplets/tablets.
The new formula doesn't work .

PhenQ really did suppress my appetite
PhenQ really did suppress my appetite. I wasn't hungry as often and my portions were smaller. PhenQ got rid of my cravings. However, I have been on it for 3 months and have not lost weight.

I have been using the daytime and night time supplements along with a diet, now for over 3 months, and they don't work at all. Everything the company says about these supplements and what they do, is FALSE They do nothing for me. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'd give it a no star rating but it won't let me. Don't get sucked in...big money grab.
There is nothing to investigate, the product doesn't work. I spent $276.00 for supplements that didn't do its job. Will not buy this anymore. I stand by my review.

I purchased this to help with weight loss after reading reviews. It's a twice daily pill to take in the morning and afternoon.
The order process is easy online and the company does well with providing updates on shipping and processing status. There are always a lot of discount codes available so don't ever pay full price.
The product serving size is a single caplet and fairly easy to swallow with water. It does not have any taste or after taste to it, although it can give a bit if indigestion on the rare occasion if not taking with a bit of food. I found no side effects other than a decreased appetite through the early and mid portions of the day.
A few complaints,quality control on packing of the pills has been a bit erratic. I will occasionally find a caplet broken open and the powder contents spilled all over in the container. I have also found that I end up getting to the end of the bottle and have a odd number of pills occasionally, so either I got shorted or got an extra pill.
In all its a pretty decent product and I feel does what it says. With today's options though if you're really looking for weight loss aids there are much better options but they are prescription based. So if you want casual weight loss help, this is a good product for that on the appetite suppression side of things.

I have always bought this product
I have always bought this product. It has given me the extra kick and made my mood elevated. That is when it was the blue tablets. Now my new order is white capsules. It does not seem to work at all.

I paid £130 for 3 bottles, 10 days since payment. Items not received and Royal Mail tracking status hasn’t changed since 2nd Feb 2024. Emailed Phenq customer services with a week worth of photographic evidence proving Royal Mail tracking not delivered and gone awol. Company emailed back offering to resend a free order out to me. It’s not free as I paid for it. I accepted 24 hours ago in writing and have not had a reply. Next step is social media and a solicitor engaged.

Waste of money
After buying and taking 6 bottles of PhenQ the only thing I saw being reduced was the balance in my checking account. I tried to post a negative review on the PhenQ facebook page and miraculously it just sits in 'being reviewed' and is never posted

It doesn't work
The first order was never sent out but I was sent another bottle free of charge. Customer service was extremely helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, the product doesn't work. I've had absolutely zero effect, no appetite suppression, no increase in energy and no weightloss. I had read that it was just as effective as Duromine, but that turned out to be a lie. I won't be purchasing again.
